大跨混合體系斜拉橋鋼混結(jié)合段設(shè)計與試驗分析

【摘要】:鋼混結(jié)合段是混合體系斜拉橋結(jié)構(gòu)中的關(guān)鍵部位,構(gòu)造布置和受力均很復(fù)雜,是大橋設(shè)計中的關(guān)鍵。為研究鋼混結(jié)合段的受力和變形狀態(tài),該文首先分析了鋼混結(jié)合段位置的確定原則和構(gòu)造細(xì)節(jié)的受力特點、布置原則,結(jié)合一座大跨混合體系斜拉橋,介紹鋼混結(jié)合段的設(shè)計細(xì)節(jié),并采用相似比1∶3設(shè)計和制作了大比例模型,分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組合、承載能力組合、1.6倍承載能力組合共3種工況,分16級進行了加載測試,考察了鋼混結(jié)合段鋼與混凝土構(gòu)件的應(yīng)力狀態(tài),驗證了設(shè)計的科學(xué)性和合理性。
[Abstract]:The steel-concrete joint section is the key part in the structure of cable-stayed bridge with hybrid system, and the structural arrangement and force are very complex, which is the key point in the design of the bridge. In order to study the stress and deformation state of the steel-concrete joint section, this paper first analyzes the principle of determining the position of the steel-concrete joint section, the stress characteristics of the structural details, the layout principle, and a long-span hybrid cable-stayed bridge. This paper introduces the design details of steel-concrete combination section, and designs and makes a large scale model by using the similarity ratio 1:3. The model is divided into standard combination, load-carrying capacity combination and 1.6 times load-carrying capacity combination. The loading tests are carried out in 16 stages. The stress state of the steel-concrete combined with Duan Gang and concrete members was investigated, and the design was verified to be scientific and reasonable.
