盾構(gòu)隧道下穿施工對既有橋梁樁基礎(chǔ)的影響及其控制技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:近年來地下交通的極大發(fā)展使得地鐵線路日益網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、規(guī);,地鐵線路與既有公路橋梁交叉的情況愈發(fā)常見。目前,國內(nèi)外尚缺乏盾構(gòu)隧道下穿樁基礎(chǔ)工程的相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范,相關(guān)學(xué)者雖已對盾構(gòu)隧道下穿既有橋梁樁基礎(chǔ)工程問題開展了大量研究工作,但由于盾構(gòu)施工技術(shù)工藝、穿越形式和地質(zhì)條件的復(fù)雜性以及現(xiàn)有研究水平的局限性,取得的研究成果尚不系統(tǒng),有待進一步研究。論文依托廣佛環(huán)線沙堤隧道下穿佛開高速公路汾江大橋?qū)嶓w工程,采用資料調(diào)研、理論分析與數(shù)值仿真計算等方法研究盾構(gòu)隧道下穿施工對地層變形和既有橋梁樁基礎(chǔ)承載特性、受力與變形特性的影響,在此基礎(chǔ)上,建立系統(tǒng)的盾構(gòu)隧道下穿既有橋梁樁基礎(chǔ)施工影響控制技術(shù)體系。主要成果如下:1)探明了盾構(gòu)隧道下穿施工對地層及既有橋梁樁基礎(chǔ)的影響機理。盾構(gòu)隧道下穿既有橋梁樁基礎(chǔ)過程中,盾構(gòu)隧道、地層與既有橋梁樁基礎(chǔ)處于一個共同作用的體系,隧道施工是擾動來源,地層變形是擾動媒介,既有橋梁樁基礎(chǔ)是擾動對象。控制盾構(gòu)隧道下穿施工對既有橋梁樁基礎(chǔ)影響的關(guān)鍵是有效限制盾構(gòu)隧道施工引起的地層變形。2)對盾構(gòu)掘進過程進行數(shù)值仿真計算,全面分析盾構(gòu)施工不同掘進階段、盾構(gòu)隧道與既有樁基礎(chǔ)相對位置、隧道圍巖條件等因素影響下地層變形以及既有橋梁樁基礎(chǔ)附加變形與附加內(nèi)力等方面的規(guī)律,得到以下結(jié)論:(1)地層距盾構(gòu)隧道越近受到的擾動越強,反之越弱。(2)地層中樁基礎(chǔ)的存在對盾構(gòu)隧道施工擾動的傳遞起到一定的遮蔽作用。(3)盾構(gòu)隧道從既有樁基礎(chǔ)正下方穿過或從其一側(cè)穿過且隧道頂與樁底平齊時對既有樁基礎(chǔ)影響最大;盾構(gòu)隧道與既有樁基礎(chǔ)水平間距超過3倍隧道直徑或既有樁基礎(chǔ)樁端位于盾構(gòu)隧道軸線以下時,既有樁基礎(chǔ)受盾構(gòu)施工擾動較小。(4)隨著盾構(gòu)隧道圍巖條件的降低,地層沉降槽整體沉降以及既有樁基礎(chǔ)的附加沉降、附加水平位移、附加彎矩呈增大趨勢。3)根據(jù)實施對象的不同,選取針對盾構(gòu)隧道下穿既有橋梁樁基礎(chǔ)工程中的擾動來源(隧道施工)、擾動媒介(地層變形)和擾動對象(既有樁基礎(chǔ))的施工影響控制技術(shù)措施,建立了盾構(gòu)隧道下穿既有橋梁樁基礎(chǔ)施工影響控制技術(shù)體系。論文研究成果可為今后類似盾構(gòu)隧道下穿既有橋梁樁基礎(chǔ)工程的設(shè)計和施工提供指導(dǎo),具有一定的理論和工程實用價值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of underground traffic, subway lines become more and more networked and large-scale, and the intersection between subway lines and existing highway bridges becomes more and more common. At present, there is still a lack of relevant technical specifications for tunneling pile foundation engineering under shield tunnel at home and abroad. Although scholars have carried out a lot of research work on pile foundation engineering of existing bridges under shield tunnel, but due to the technical technology of shield tunneling construction, The complexity of the traversing form and geological conditions and the limitations of the existing research level, the research results obtained are not systematic and need further study. Based on the solid project of Fen River Bridge under the tunnel of sand dike of Guangfo Ring Line, the paper adopts data investigation, Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are used to study the influence of underpass construction of shield tunnel on ground deformation, bearing characteristics, bearing force and deformation characteristics of existing bridge pile foundation. A systematic control system for the influence of the construction of the existing bridge pile foundation under the shield tunnel is established. The main results are as follows: 1) the influence mechanism of shield tunnel underpass construction on stratum and existing bridge pile foundation is investigated. In the process of tunneling under shield tunnel through existing bridge pile foundation, shield tunnel, stratum and existing bridge pile foundation are in a system of common action. Tunnel construction is the source of disturbance, stratum deformation is disturbance medium, and existing bridge pile foundation is disturbance object. The key to control the influence of tunneling under shield tunneling on existing bridge pile foundation is to effectively limit the formation deformation caused by shield tunnel construction. 2) the numerical simulation calculation of shield tunneling process is carried out, and the different tunneling stages of shield tunneling are comprehensively analyzed. The relative position of shield tunnel and existing pile foundation, the law of ground deformation under the influence of tunnel surrounding rock condition and the additional deformation and additional internal force of existing bridge pile foundation, etc. The following conclusions are obtained: (1) the closer the stratum is to the shield tunnel, the stronger the disturbance is. The contrary is weaker. (2) the existence of pile foundation in stratum has a certain shielding effect on the transmission of shield tunnel construction disturbance. (3) the shield tunnel passes directly under the existing pile foundation or through one side of it and the tunnel top and pile When the bottom is horizontal, it has the greatest influence on the existing pile foundation; When the horizontal distance between shield tunnel and existing pile foundation is more than 3 times the diameter of tunnel or the pile end of existing pile foundation is below the axis of shield tunnel, the disturbance of existing pile foundation by shield construction is small. (4) with the decrease of surrounding rock condition of shield tunnel, The whole settlement of the ground settlement trough and the additional settlement of the existing pile foundation, the additional horizontal displacement and the additional bending moment show an increasing trend. 3) according to the different objects of implementation, This paper selects the construction influence control measures for the disturbance source (tunnel construction), disturbance medium (stratum deformation) and disturbance object (existing pile foundation) in shield tunneling through existing bridge pile foundation engineering. The construction influence control system of the existing bridge pile foundation under shield tunnel is established. The research results of this paper can provide guidance for the design and construction of similar shield tunneling under the existing bridge pile foundation in the future, and have certain theoretical and engineering practical value.
