偏心受壓部分填充混凝土圓形鋼橋墩橫橋方向作用下擬靜力試驗

【摘要】:目的研究偏心受壓及橫橋方向往復(fù)荷載作用下部分填充混凝土圓形鋼橋墩的力學(xué)性能.方法在徑厚比、長細(xì)比等參數(shù)相同的條件下,豎向偏心荷載的偏心率為0.1和0.2時,對4個圓形截面部分填充混凝土鋼橋墩試件進(jìn)行試驗.分析偏心受壓及橫橋向荷載作用下部分填充混凝土鋼橋墩柱試件試驗結(jié)果.結(jié)果豎向偏心荷載的存在改變了試件的受力性能.當(dāng)試件的徑厚比、長細(xì)比參數(shù)相同時,偏心率對鋼管柱的承載能力影響比較明顯.偏心率越大,橋墩的初始水平位移也隨著增加.而偏心荷載的存在使得試件在偏心側(cè)的承載力降低了7%~15%,另一側(cè)加強(qiáng)了10%~18%,且偏心率越大,該現(xiàn)象越明顯.結(jié)論內(nèi)填混凝土對鋼橋墩柱試件的承載力和延性性能有很好地補(bǔ)強(qiáng)效果;而豎向偏心荷載的存在使得試件在偏心側(cè)的承載力降低,另一側(cè)加強(qiáng).
[Abstract]:The mechanical properties of partially filled concrete circular steel pier under eccentric compression and reciprocating load in transverse direction are studied. Methods under the condition of the same diameter to thickness ratio and aspect ratio, the eccentricity of the vertical eccentric load is 0.1 and 0.2 respectively. The test samples of four circular section partially filled concrete steel piers are tested. The test results of partially filled steel bridge pier columns under eccentric compression and transverse load are analyzed. Results the mechanical behavior of the specimen was changed by the existence of vertical eccentric load. The effect of eccentricity on the bearing capacity of steel tube columns is obvious when the diameter to thickness ratio and the aspect ratio parameters are the same. The greater the eccentricity, the more the initial horizontal displacement of piers increases. The existence of eccentricity load reduces the bearing capacity of the specimen at the eccentric side by 7 / 15 and the other side strengthens by 10 / 18. The greater the eccentricity is, the more obvious this phenomenon is. Conclusion the bearing capacity and ductility of the steel bridge pier column are reinforced by the inner filled concrete, while the bearing capacity of the specimen at the eccentric side is decreased and strengthened on the other side due to the existence of the vertical eccentric load.
