【摘要】：將制備PVA-ECC的主要原材料(包括水泥、粉煤灰、石英砂及聚乙烯醇纖維)按一定比例摻入普通路面基層材料中,尋求一種新型的具有自愈合能力的路面基層材料—PVA-ECC穩(wěn)定碎石混合料。對不同路面基層材料、不同齡期試件進(jìn)行了抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗,通過不同環(huán)境條件下(包括置于戶外、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)護(hù)室、干濕循環(huán))養(yǎng)護(hù)的開裂試件抗壓強(qiáng)度與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試件抗壓強(qiáng)度的比值來評價自愈合性能。試驗結(jié)果分析表明:PVA-ECC穩(wěn)定碎石混合料抗壓強(qiáng)度優(yōu)于水泥穩(wěn)定碎石混合料,抗壓強(qiáng)度最高可提高42%;常規(guī)水泥穩(wěn)定碎石混合料沒有明顯的自愈合性能,PVAECC穩(wěn)定碎石混合料有良好的自愈合性能,自愈合后抗壓強(qiáng)度提高57.3%;經(jīng)干濕循環(huán)實現(xiàn)自愈合的開裂PVAECC穩(wěn)定碎石混合料試件抗壓強(qiáng)度最高,自愈合性能最好。
[Abstract]:The main raw materials for the preparation of PVA-ECC (including cement, fly ash, quartz sand and polyvinyl alcohol fiber) are mixed into the common pavement base material according to a certain proportion. To seek a new type of pavement base material with self-healing capability-PVA-ECC stabilized macadam mixture. The compressive strength tests were carried out on different pavement base materials and specimens of different ages. Under different environmental conditions (including outdoor, standard maintenance room), The ratio of compressive strength to the compressive strength of standard specimen is used to evaluate the self-healing performance. The test results show that the compressive strength of PVA-ECC stabilized macadam mixture is better than that of cement stabilized macadam mixture, and the maximum compressive strength can be increased by 42%. Conventional cement stabilized macadam mixture has no obvious self-healing performance, PVAECC stabilized macadam mixture has good self-healing performance, and the compressive strength increases 57.3% after self-healing. The compressive strength of cracked PVAECC stabilized macadam mixture is the highest and the self-healing performance is the best.
