大型互通立交隧道火災(zāi)通風(fēng)排煙組織研究

【摘要】:隨著我國隧道建設(shè)長度和數(shù)量不斷增加,對(duì)隧道各方面技術(shù)有了更高的要求。大型互通立交隧道的出現(xiàn)緩解了地面交通壓力,為城市提供了更為迅捷便利的交通條件。但大型互通立交隧道不僅規(guī)模大、形勢復(fù)雜而且具有較多分支,其通風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì)較普通隧道更為復(fù)雜,對(duì)大型互通立交隧道通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)成為隧道安全運(yùn)營必須考慮的關(guān)鍵問題。本文介紹了圖論的基本知識(shí)以及大型互通立交隧道解算程序需要的重要矩陣;運(yùn)用通風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的理論知識(shí)并結(jié)合隧道通風(fēng)的實(shí)際情況,確定了影響隧道風(fēng)流狀態(tài)的各壓力因素如隧道沿程阻力、局部阻力、自然風(fēng)壓、交通通風(fēng)力、射流風(fēng)機(jī)升壓、火災(zāi)阻力等在通風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論中的計(jì)算方法;建立了大型互通立交隧道通風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)解算模型,本文的主要研究成果為:(1)基于通風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論,編制了大型互通立交隧道通風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)解算程序,該程序可以對(duì)各種復(fù)雜立交隧道進(jìn)行通風(fēng)計(jì)算。(2)以深圳市一大型互通立交隧道為依托,計(jì)算了該隧道2020年、2032年行車速度分別為30km/h、40km/h、50km/h、60km/h的情況下南線和北線各段隧道分支正常運(yùn)營和火災(zāi)工況下的設(shè)計(jì)需風(fēng)量。(3)根據(jù)隧道正常運(yùn)營和火災(zāi)工況下風(fēng)流分匯情況繪制了各種情況下的通風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖,其中正常運(yùn)營包括北線、南線通風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖,火災(zāi)情況下根據(jù)隧道火災(zāi)發(fā)生位置分為16種情況。(4)開展了自然通風(fēng)與設(shè)計(jì)需風(fēng)量方向同向、反向條件下,正常運(yùn)營不同年限、不同車速下的風(fēng)流組織研究,運(yùn)用大型互通立交隧道通風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)解算程序計(jì)算獲得了不同條件下的風(fēng)機(jī)布置的位置和數(shù)量;馂(zāi)工況下,通過程序計(jì)算得到各個(gè)隧道分支發(fā)生火災(zāi)后,為達(dá)到通風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)風(fēng)壓平衡、滿足通風(fēng)排煙需要的射流風(fēng)機(jī)配置方案。通過本文的研究,為今后大型互通立交隧道采用通風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論進(jìn)行隧道通風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì)提供了一定的依據(jù)和技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:With the increasing length and quantity of tunnel construction in China, there is a higher demand for tunnel technology in all aspects. The emergence of large interchange tunnels alleviates the ground traffic pressure and provides a more rapid and convenient traffic condition for the city. However, the ventilation design of large interchange tunnel is more complicated than that of common tunnel, so the design of ventilation system of large interchange tunnel must be considered as a key problem in the safe operation of tunnel. This paper introduces the basic knowledge of graph theory and the important matrix needed by the calculation program of large interchange tunnel. Based on the theoretical knowledge of ventilation network and the actual situation of tunnel ventilation, the pressure factors such as tunnel flow resistance, local resistance, natural wind pressure, traffic ventilation force and jet fan pressure are determined. The calculation method of fire resistance in ventilation network theory; The ventilation network calculation model of large interchange tunnel is established. The main research results of this paper are as follows: (1) based on the ventilation network theory, the ventilation network calculation program of large interchange tunnel is worked out. This program can be used to calculate the ventilation of various complicated interchange tunnels. (2) based on a large interchange tunnel in Shenzhen City, the speed of the tunnel in 2020 and 2032 was calculated to be 30 km / h / h ~ 40 km / h / h ~ (50 km / h) respectively. In the case of 60km/h, the design air requirement of each section of tunnel branch in normal operation and fire condition of the south and north line is given. (3) according to the ventilation network diagram of the tunnel under normal operation and fire condition, the ventilation network is drawn. The normal operation includes the ventilation network diagram of the northern line and the southern line. According to the location of the tunnel fire, there are 16 kinds of cases. (4) the natural ventilation is in the same direction with the design air volume direction, and under the reverse condition, the normal operation period is different. Based on the study of wind flow organization at different speeds, the location and quantity of fan arrangement under different conditions are calculated by using the ventilation network calculation program of large interchange tunnel. Under the condition of fire, the configuration scheme of jet fan for the ventilation network wind pressure balance and the need of ventilation and smoke exhaust can be obtained by program calculation after the fire occurred in each branch of the tunnel. Through the research of this paper, it provides certain basis and technical support for the ventilation design of large interchange tunnel by using ventilation network theory in the future.
