基于雙軸加速加載試驗(yàn)的瀝青路面車轍預(yù)測(cè)模型

【摘要】:為研究重載交通作用下瀝青路面車轍變化規(guī)律,鋪筑了室內(nèi)瀝青混凝土面層水泥穩(wěn)定碎石基層的試驗(yàn)路。在室內(nèi)常溫加載和路面加熱至42℃兩種工況下,利用自主研發(fā)的加速加載設(shè)備進(jìn)行雙軸加速加載試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中對(duì)溫度、車轍和應(yīng)變進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè),依據(jù)車轍變化規(guī)律建立了軸重160 kN雙軸雙輪加載條件下瀝青混凝土路面車轍預(yù)測(cè)模型。研究結(jié)果表明:雙軸雙輪組加載時(shí)同樣加載次數(shù)條件下車轍深度大于單軸加載車轍深度,所建立的模型更適合當(dāng)前道路交通情況。通過(guò)對(duì)比分析驗(yàn)證了該模型的正確性。
