盾構(gòu)施工對(duì)鄰近既有隧道的影響分析

【摘要】:步入21世紀(jì)以來(lái),社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)蓬勃發(fā)展推動(dòng)了城市建設(shè),城市化進(jìn)程又導(dǎo)致了城市交通的擁堵,城市地鐵建設(shè)迫在眉睫。但隨著城市地下交通建設(shè)的發(fā)展,城市地鐵線路的增多,往往會(huì)遇到盾構(gòu)隧道施工毗鄰或交叉某些既有的隧道。盾構(gòu)施工會(huì)引起周圍地層的擾動(dòng),導(dǎo)致土體應(yīng)力狀態(tài)發(fā)生改變,變位地層會(huì)導(dǎo)致鄰近的隧道發(fā)生不均勻沉降、破裂,嚴(yán)重時(shí)影響其正常使用。分析盾構(gòu)施工對(duì)鄰近既有隧道的影響,總結(jié)規(guī)律,對(duì)盾構(gòu)施工的正常推進(jìn)具有重要意義。本文針對(duì)合肥地鐵南站5號(hào)線下穿1號(hào)線為工程背景,展開(kāi)了理論分析、數(shù)值模擬和監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)與模擬對(duì)比分析,系統(tǒng)地分析了盾構(gòu)施工對(duì)鄰近既有隧道的影響效應(yīng)與影響規(guī)律,主要做了如下幾點(diǎn)工作:(1)詳細(xì)的介紹了本文研究的內(nèi)容與意義,通過(guò)相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研,總結(jié)規(guī)律,提出問(wèn)題,分析現(xiàn)階段存在但仍未解決的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合本文工程實(shí)例確定研究?jī)?nèi)容與方法。(2)通過(guò)理論分析研究,總結(jié)盾構(gòu)施工對(duì)周邊建(構(gòu))筑物影響機(jī)理與規(guī)律,了解盾構(gòu)機(jī)的工作機(jī)理與流程,分析單一洞室與雙洞室圍巖受力機(jī)理,并對(duì)二者進(jìn)行比較,分析二者在同一施工環(huán)境下圍巖受力的差別。(3)掌握有限元軟件的使用方法,根據(jù)實(shí)際工況建立有限元數(shù)值計(jì)算模型,通過(guò)定義不同的施工工況,對(duì)比分析不同豎向距離盾構(gòu)施工對(duì)既有隧道的影響大小,通過(guò)對(duì)比分析得出最合適的施工距離。(4)通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所測(cè)的實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理分析,然后與理論上的數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算的結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,從對(duì)比分析中找出二者的異同,總結(jié)規(guī)律,為施工正常進(jìn)行提供理論的指導(dǎo),也為類似工程提供相應(yīng)參考。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21st century, the vigorous development of social economy has promoted the urban construction, and the urbanization process has led to the congestion of urban traffic, so the construction of urban subway is imminent. However, with the development of urban underground traffic construction, the increase of urban subway lines will often meet the shield tunnel construction adjacent to or crossing some of the existing tunnels. The shield construction will cause disturbance of surrounding strata and change the stress state of soil, and the displacement stratum will lead to uneven settlement and rupture of adjacent tunnels, which will seriously affect their normal use. It is of great significance to analyze the influence of shield construction on adjacent existing tunnels and summarize the rules for the normal advance of shield construction. Based on the engineering background of Hefei South Railway Station Line 5, this paper develops theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and monitoring data and simulation contrast analysis, and systematically analyzes the influence effect and law of shield construction on adjacent existing tunnels. The main work is as follows: (1) introduce the content and significance of this study in detail, through the relevant literature research, summarize the law, put forward the problem, analyze the existing but still unresolved problems at the present stage, Combined with the engineering examples in this paper, the research contents and methods are determined. (2) through theoretical analysis and research, the influence mechanism and law of shield construction on surrounding building (construction) are summarized, and the working mechanism and flow of shield machine are understood. This paper analyzes the stress mechanism of surrounding rock between single and double caverns, compares them, and analyzes the difference between them under the same construction environment. (3) mastering the use of finite element software. According to the actual working conditions, the finite element numerical calculation model is established. By defining different construction conditions, the influence of shield tunneling with different vertical distances on the existing tunnel is compared and analyzed. Through comparative analysis, the most suitable construction distance is obtained. (4) the field measured data are collected and analyzed, and then compared with the results of the theoretical numerical simulation, the similarities and differences between the two are found out from the comparative analysis. Summing up the rules provides theoretical guidance for normal construction, and also provides corresponding reference for similar projects.
