城市軌道交通接駁公交線路設計問題

【摘要】:城市交通擁堵問題已經(jīng)成為制約我國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的瓶頸因素之一,構(gòu)建以軌道交通為骨干,常規(guī)公交為主體的一體化公共交通系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成為緩解城市交通擁堵的有效途徑之一。軌道交通和常規(guī)公交的有效銜接是公共交通一體化的重要內(nèi)容,然而我國大多數(shù)城市在持續(xù)加快軌道交通建設的同時,沒有重視軌道交通和常規(guī)公交的協(xié)調(diào)關系,導致軌道交通和常規(guī)公交相互競爭,系統(tǒng)運行效率低下,公共交通系統(tǒng)一體化進程緩慢。在此背景下,本論文對城市軌道交通接駁公交線路設計問題進行深入研究。本文首先對城市軌道交通和常規(guī)公交的技術(shù)特性、社會經(jīng)濟效益、舒適度和服務范圍作了詳細對比分析,明確了軌道交通和常規(guī)公交的功能定位,并分析了接駁的目標與原則、接駁區(qū)域劃分、接駁站點選取和接駁線路的布設模式。然后詳細分析了接駁公交出行中乘客等待時間成本、乘客乘車時間成本以及公交車輛運營成本,以城市軌道交通接駁公交系統(tǒng)總成本最小為目標,考慮公交線路布局約束、乘客流量守恒約束、以及公交運能約束等,構(gòu)建了放射型和環(huán)型城市軌道交通接駁公交線路優(yōu)化模型,對接駁公交線路布局以及開行頻率進行優(yōu)化。針對放射型接駁公交模型和環(huán)型公交接駁模型的模型特點,設計了人工蜂群算法、遺傳算法和混合粒子群等三種不同的啟發(fā)式算法對模型進行求解。采用數(shù)值算例驗證了提出的模型和算法的有效性和可行性。研究結(jié)果表明:提出的三種算法均能夠求解得到最優(yōu)的接駁公交線路布局和開行頻率,其中人工蜂群算法在接駁公交線路模型的求解質(zhì)量、穩(wěn)定性和效率方面相對于另外兩種算法具有一定的優(yōu)勢,為相關模型的求解提供了經(jīng)驗借鑒。
[Abstract]:The problem of urban traffic congestion has become one of the bottleneck factors restricting the economic and social development of our country. The integrated public transport system with conventional public transport as the main body has become one of the effective ways to alleviate urban traffic congestion. The effective connection between rail transit and conventional public transport is an important part of the integration of public transportation. However, while speeding up the construction of rail transit continuously, most cities in China have not attached importance to the coordination relationship between rail transit and conventional public transport. As a result, rail transit and conventional public transport compete with each other, the system runs inefficiently and the process of integration of public transportation system is slow. Under this background, this paper makes a deep research on the design of urban rail transit connection bus line. In this paper, the technical characteristics, social and economic benefits, comfort and service range of urban rail transit and conventional public transport are compared and analyzed in detail, and the function orientation of rail transit and conventional public transport is clarified, and the objectives and principles of connection are analyzed. The connection area division, the connection station selection and the connection line layout pattern. Then the cost of passenger waiting time, passenger travel time and bus operation cost are analyzed in detail. Taking the minimum total cost of urban rail transit system as the goal, the constraints of bus route layout are considered. Based on the conserved restriction of passenger flow and the restriction of transit capacity, the optimization model of bus connection line of radiation-type and annular urban rail transit is constructed, and the layout and frequency of connecting bus line are optimized. According to the characteristics of radiation-connected bus model and annular bus connection model, three different heuristic algorithms, artificial bee colony algorithm, genetic algorithm and hybrid particle swarm optimization, are designed to solve the model. Numerical examples are used to verify the validity and feasibility of the proposed model and algorithm. The results show that the proposed three algorithms can solve the optimal bus route layout and frequency, and the artificial bee colony algorithm is used to solve the quality of the bus connection model. The stability and efficiency have some advantages over the other two algorithms, which can be used for reference to solve the related models.
