沙子哨互通立交匝道工程的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)的建設(shè)發(fā)展離不開便捷的交通,尤其是近些年,交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)為整個(gè)社會(huì)的生產(chǎn)、流通和消費(fèi)提供了有力的保障。高速公路作為陸地快速交通,是整個(gè)交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)的重要組成部分。高速公路網(wǎng)絡(luò)遍及大江南北,會(huì)遇到各種各樣的情況,一些項(xiàng)目地形地勢(shì)復(fù)雜,尤其是山區(qū)及丘陵地區(qū),施工難度大大增加,致使施工中的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增大。針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)狀,本文以沙子哨互通D匝道工程為研究對(duì)象,本項(xiàng)目工程復(fù)雜,難度大,一旦出現(xiàn)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事故,會(huì)造成嚴(yán)重的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失、社會(huì)不良影響,結(jié)合我國(guó)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)關(guān)鍵施工階段進(jìn)行了安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估研究,為安全施工做好安全儲(chǔ)備、奠定技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。論文首先系統(tǒng)的介紹安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估的概念及理論框架,分析歸納不同的施工方案的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)發(fā)生的可能性、概率以及應(yīng)對(duì)措施。然后結(jié)合沙子哨互通區(qū)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況,D匝道工程可以采用拆除惠興高速K55+300處右側(cè)既有特防高邊坡方案(拆除重建高邊坡方案)和采用小半徑彎橋與加寬惠興高速既有打告河橋結(jié)合方案(拼寬高橋+小半徑高橋方案);接著論文對(duì)高邊坡拆重建方案進(jìn)行了總體風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估及專項(xiàng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估,確定總體風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)為III級(jí),屬“高度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)”;對(duì)拼寬高橋+小半徑高橋方案安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估選用專家調(diào)查法進(jìn)行研究,本方案存在“高度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)”(III級(jí))風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源5個(gè),“中度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)”(II級(jí))風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源8個(gè),“低度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)”(I級(jí))風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源8個(gè)。最后根據(jù)兩種方案及可能出現(xiàn)的不同風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事件,分別基于安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估確定的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí),針對(duì)可能出現(xiàn)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事件提出相應(yīng)的控制措施,特別是針對(duì)高度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)所提出的控制措施,降低了安全事故發(fā)生概率。綜合“拆除高邊坡方案”和“拼寬高橋+小半徑高橋方案”風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)以及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際地形和既有惠興高速公路的保暢要求,一致認(rèn)為“拼寬高橋+小半徑高橋方案”為首選方案。本文的研究為山區(qū)新建高速公路與既有高速公路拼接施工安全評(píng)估提供了借鑒,對(duì)類似工程中應(yīng)用安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The construction and development of economy can not be separated from convenient transportation, especially in recent years, the transportation network provides a powerful guarantee for the production, circulation and consumption of the whole society. Expressway is an important part of the whole transportation network as land express traffic. Expressway network is all over the north and south of the river and will encounter various situations. Some projects have complicated topography especially in mountainous and hilly areas and the construction difficulty is greatly increased resulting in the increase of safety risks in construction. In view of this situation, this article takes the sand whistle interworking D ramp project as the research object, this project is complex, the difficulty is big, once the safety risk accident appears, will cause the serious economic loss, the society bad influence, According to the present situation of safety risk research in China, the safety risk assessment is carried out in the key construction stage, which lays a technical foundation for the safety reserve of safety construction. Firstly, the paper systematically introduces the concept and theoretical framework of safety risk assessment, and analyzes the possibility, probability and countermeasures of safety risk of different construction schemes. And then combined with the actual situation in the site of the sand sentry interchange area, The D ramp project can be used to demolish the high side slope of the right side at K55300 of the Huexing Expressway (demolition and reconstruction of the high slope) and the combination of the small radius curved bridge and the widening of the Huixing expressway to hit the river bridge. Small radius tall bridge scheme); Then the paper carries on the overall risk assessment and the special risk assessment to the high slope demolition and reconstruction plan, determines the overall risk grade to be the III class, belongs to the "high risk"; An expert investigation method was used to study the safety risk assessment of small radius tall bridge with wide span bridge. There are 5 "high risk" (III) risk sources and 8 "medium risk" (II) risk sources in this scheme. "low risk" (class I) risk source 8. Finally, according to the two schemes and the different risk events that may occur, and based on the risk level determined by the security risk assessment, the corresponding control measures are put forward for the possible risk events. Especially, the control measures for high risk reduce the probability of safety accident. By synthesizing the risk grade of "demolishing high slope scheme" and "small radius high bridge scheme", as well as the actual terrain on the spot and the requirements of the existing Huixing Expressway, it is agreed that the "small radius high bridge project" is the first choice. The research in this paper provides a reference for the safety assessment of the construction of the new expressway and the existing expressway in mountain area, and has certain reference value for the application of the safety risk assessment in the similar projects.
