[Abstract]:The construction and development of economy can not be separated from convenient transportation, especially in recent years, the transportation network provides a powerful guarantee for the production, circulation and consumption of the whole society. Expressway is an important part of the whole transportation network as land express traffic. Expressway network is all over the north and south of the river and will encounter various situations. Some projects have complicated topography especially in mountainous and hilly areas and the construction difficulty is greatly increased resulting in the increase of safety risks in construction. In view of this situation, this article takes the sand whistle interworking D ramp project as the research object, this project is complex, the difficulty is big, once the safety risk accident appears, will cause the serious economic loss, the society bad influence, According to the present situation of safety risk research in China, the safety risk assessment is carried out in the key construction stage, which lays a technical foundation for the safety reserve of safety construction. Firstly, the paper systematically introduces the concept and theoretical framework of safety risk assessment, and analyzes the possibility, probability and countermeasures of safety risk of different construction schemes. And then combined with the actual situation in the site of the sand sentry interchange area, The D ramp project can be used to demolish the high side slope of the right side at K55300 of the Huexing Expressway (demolition and reconstruction of the high slope) and the combination of the small radius curved bridge and the widening of the Huixing expressway to hit the river bridge. Small radius tall bridge scheme); Then the paper carries on the overall risk assessment and the special risk assessment to the high slope demolition and reconstruction plan, determines the overall risk grade to be the III class, belongs to the "high risk"; An expert investigation method was used to study the safety risk assessment of small radius tall bridge with wide span bridge. There are 5 "high risk" (III) risk sources and 8 "medium risk" (II) risk sources in this scheme. "low risk" (class I) risk source 8. Finally, according to the two schemes and the different risk events that may occur, and based on the risk level determined by the security risk assessment, the corresponding control measures are put forward for the possible risk events. Especially, the control measures for high risk reduce the probability of safety accident. By synthesizing the risk grade of "demolishing high slope scheme" and "small radius high bridge scheme", as well as the actual terrain on the spot and the requirements of the existing Huixing Expressway, it is agreed that the "small radius high bridge project" is the first choice. The research in this paper provides a reference for the safety assessment of the construction of the new expressway and the existing expressway in mountain area, and has certain reference value for the application of the safety risk assessment in the similar projects.
