基于磁致伸縮作動(dòng)器的拉索振動(dòng)控制理論與實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:斜拉橋的拉索具有質(zhì)量輕、柔性大、固有頻率低、阻尼小等特點(diǎn),在外部荷載作用下,拉索很容易產(chǎn)生多種形式的有害振動(dòng),對(duì)斜拉橋的穩(wěn)定性、舒適性和安全性產(chǎn)生很不利的影響,采用磁致伸縮作動(dòng)器對(duì)拉索施加軸向控制力進(jìn)行拉索振動(dòng)控制是一種可行的方法。本文課題來(lái)源于國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目“基于磁致伸縮作動(dòng)器的斜拉索主動(dòng)控制理論與試驗(yàn)研究(51078142)”,針對(duì)磁致伸縮作動(dòng)器力學(xué)模型、拉索-磁致伸縮作動(dòng)器振動(dòng)控制理論與實(shí)驗(yàn)開(kāi)展研究,主要研究工作包括:(1)介紹了斜拉橋的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及拉索的四種常見(jiàn)的振動(dòng)形式,闡述了拉索振動(dòng)控制方法,介紹了磁致伸縮作動(dòng)器的研究和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀。(2)介紹了自制的超磁致伸縮作動(dòng)器的物理特點(diǎn)和力學(xué)性能,設(shè)計(jì)了拉索模型下超磁致伸縮作動(dòng)器在外加偏置磁場(chǎng)下的力磁關(guān)系實(shí)驗(yàn),得出了拉索模型下磁致伸縮作動(dòng)器的力磁耦合關(guān)系模型。(3)介紹了拉索振動(dòng)控制理論,建立了拉索的控制狀態(tài)方程,提出了拉索雙線性控制狀態(tài)方程的求解策略。(4)運(yùn)用matlab軟件進(jìn)行了拉索控制實(shí)驗(yàn)的建模,并運(yùn)用主動(dòng)LQR控制和半主動(dòng)Bang-Bang控制方法進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)仿真分析,并取得良好的減振效果。(5)建立了拉索的實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)P秃蛯?shí)時(shí)控制系統(tǒng),設(shè)計(jì)了拉索振動(dòng)控制實(shí)驗(yàn)方案,完成了拉索在自由振動(dòng)、簡(jiǎn)諧振動(dòng)和隨機(jī)振動(dòng)條件下的控制實(shí)驗(yàn),并取得了良好的減振效果。
[Abstract]:The cable of cable-stayed bridge has the characteristics of light weight, large flexibility, low natural frequency and low damping. Under the action of external load, cable can easily produce many kinds of harmful vibration and stability to the cable-stayed bridge. The comfortableness and safety are very unfavorable. It is a feasible method to use magnetostrictive actuator to control the cable vibration by applying axial control force to the cable. This paper comes from the project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, "Theory and Experimental study of active Control of stay cables based on Magnetostrictive Actuator (51078142)", aiming at the mechanical model of Magnetostrictive Actuator. The vibration control theory and experiment of cable magnetostrictive actuator are studied. The main research work includes: (1) the development of cable-stayed bridge and four common vibration forms of cable are introduced, and the vibration control method of cable is expounded. The research and application of magnetostrictive actuator are introduced. (2) the physical characteristics and mechanical properties of the giant magnetostrictive actuator are introduced. In this paper, the experiment of magnetostrictive actuator under the cable model is designed, and the magnetostrictive actuator's magnetostrictive actuator coupling relationship model under the cable model is obtained. (3) the cable vibration control theory is introduced. The control state equation of cable is established, and the solution strategy of bilinear control state equation of cable is put forward. (4) the model of cable control experiment is established by using matlab software. The method of active LQR control and semi-active Bang-Bang control is used to simulate and analyze the experiment, and good damping effect is obtained. (5) the experimental model and real-time control system of cable are established, and the experimental scheme of cable vibration control is designed. The control experiments of cable under free vibration, simple harmonic vibration and random vibration are completed, and good damping effect is obtained.
