【摘要】：影響高速公路路線選擇的因素有:經(jīng)濟因素、社會因素/技術(shù)因素、環(huán)境因素。如何能在有效地控制預(yù)算條件下,選擇出最為合理、有效地高速公路路線在高速公路路線選擇中顯得至關(guān)重要。本文就高速公路線路優(yōu)選問題首先從我國高速公路建設(shè)過程中的主要矛盾出發(fā),簡述了國內(nèi)外高速公路路線選擇過程中的不足之處和一般高速公路線路選擇評價關(guān)心的影響因素,并給出了本文的主要內(nèi)容和主要技術(shù)路線。在第二章主要闡述了高速公路線路選擇的意義、在高速公路建設(shè)過程中地質(zhì)勘探的一般要求,并對高速公路選線的一般方法進行了闡述。通過第三章在高速公路選線、地質(zhì)勘探與高速公路選線的一般方法的闡述基礎(chǔ)上建立了突出經(jīng)濟評價的高速公路線路選擇體系。最后,以老河口至宜昌高速公路線路方案作為工程實例分別對各待選方案進行了經(jīng)濟效益比較、財務(wù)費用比較、財務(wù)敏感性計算分析和貸款償還能力比較,并對比各個方案最終確定推薦方案。
[Abstract]:The factors influencing the choice of expressway route are: economic factor, social factor / technical factor, environmental factor. How to choose the most reasonable expressway route under the condition of controlling the budget effectively is very important. Based on the main contradiction in the process of expressway construction in China, this paper starts from the problem of highway route optimization. This paper briefly describes the deficiencies in the process of expressway route selection at home and abroad and the factors affecting the evaluation of highway route selection generally, and gives the main contents and main technical routes of this paper. In the second chapter, the significance of highway route selection, the general requirements of geological exploration in the process of highway construction, and the general method of highway route selection are expounded. On the basis of expounding the general methods of highway route selection, geological exploration and expressway route selection, a highway route selection system with prominent economic evaluation is established in chapter three. Finally, taking Laohekou to Yichang expressway route scheme as an engineering example, the comparison of economic benefit, financial cost comparison, financial sensitivity calculation and loan repayment ability are made respectively. And compare each scheme to determine the recommended scheme.
