高速公路C50連續(xù)梁施工質量控制

【摘要】:高速公路的不斷修建,現(xiàn)澆連續(xù)梁得到了快速發(fā)展和廣泛應用,并以其施工工藝簡單、結構受力合理等優(yōu)點,成為了高速公路橋梁的一種非常重要的建筑形式。由中鐵十九局集團有限公司承建的廣州增城至從化高速公路S13標雙鳳互通A匝道橋設計為預應力混凝土連續(xù)梁橋。根據(jù)圖紙和施工現(xiàn)場的要求,針對該橋上部結構梁體施工編制了專項施工方案,確定搭設滿堂支架進行上部梁體預應力連續(xù)梁現(xiàn)澆施工,施工后取得了較好的質量和外觀效果。為確保C50預應力混凝土現(xiàn)澆連續(xù)梁施工工藝的實施和連續(xù)梁施工整體質量得到有效控制。根據(jù)質量控制要求和驗收標準要求,本文通過研究和工程實踐得出:(1)利用工字鋼和碗扣式腳手架搭設滿堂支架,在支架上拼裝模板并對其進行預壓并調整底模標高,鋼筋加工及預應力筋安裝布設,混凝土澆筑、預應力筋張拉、封錨注漿、模板支架拆除完成現(xiàn)澆連續(xù)梁的施工。(2)對施工過程每個環(huán)節(jié)中每道工序對現(xiàn)澆梁的質量控制都非常關鍵,為保證各工序的正常進行,采取了一系列相關的措施。(3)支架搭設、模板拼裝、鋼筋加工及安裝、混凝土澆筑、預應力張拉、孔道壓漿與封端是施工質量控制的重點。因此,只有嚴格控制這些工序才能建造出外觀完美、質量達標的連續(xù)梁橋。
[Abstract]:With the continuous construction of freeway, cast-in-place continuous beam has been rapidly developed and widely used, and it has become a very important building form of expressway bridge because of its simple construction technology and reasonable structural force. The A ramp bridge of Shuangfeng Interchange between Guangzhou Zengcheng and Conghua Expressway S13 is designed as a prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge built by China Railway Nineteenth Bureau Group Co., Ltd. According to the drawing and the requirements of the construction site, a special construction plan is worked out for the construction of the superstructure beam body of the bridge, and it is determined to set up a full hall support for the cast-in-situ construction of the prestressed continuous beam of the upper beam body. After the construction, the better quality and appearance effect have been obtained. In order to ensure the implementation of C50 prestressed concrete cast-in-situ continuous beam construction technology and the overall quality of continuous beam construction is effectively controlled. According to the requirements of quality control and acceptance standard, the following conclusions are obtained through research and engineering practice: (1) using I-shaped steel and bowl-buttoned scaffold to set up the full hall support, assembling the template on the bracket, prepressing it and adjusting the elevation of the bottom mould, Processing of steel bars and installation and placement of prestressed tendons, concrete pouring, tensioning of prestressing tendons, grouting of sealing anchors, The formwork support is removed to complete the construction of cast-in-place continuous beam. (2) the quality control of cast-in-place beam is very important to every working procedure in the construction process, in order to ensure the normal progress of each process, A series of relevant measures have been taken. (3) the key points of construction quality control are support erection, formwork assembly, steel bar processing and installation, concrete pouring, prestressing tensioning, hole grouting and sealing end. Therefore, only by strictly controlling these processes can a continuous beam bridge with perfect appearance and quality standard be built.
