【摘要】：多年來隧道施工一直事故頻發(fā),不僅導(dǎo)致了嚴(yán)重的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和人員傷亡,而且在社會(huì)上也產(chǎn)生了非常惡劣的影響,引起人們對隧道施工安全狀況的廣泛關(guān)注。因隧道施工期間對隧道施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的控制極為重要。本文針對復(fù)雜地質(zhì)條件下的胡麻嶺隧道施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的控制做以下研究:(1)結(jié)合依托隧道施工項(xiàng)目的工程實(shí)際、現(xiàn)場的施工條件、地質(zhì)勘察報(bào)告、施工圖紙、施工組織設(shè)計(jì)等技術(shù)資料,對胡麻嶺隧道施工過程中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)辨識(shí),根據(jù)項(xiàng)目所需對其中的典型風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了選取與評估。(2)采用數(shù)值模擬的方法對胡麻嶺隧道的幾種預(yù)定開挖方式進(jìn)行了比較,在此基礎(chǔ)上并對隧道挑高段設(shè)計(jì)施工方案進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)新優(yōu)化。(3)為進(jìn)一步保證隧道施工的安全進(jìn)行,對施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制一體化措施進(jìn)行了研究,提出了富水粉細(xì)砂地層隧道防塌防變形控制技術(shù)和富水粉細(xì)砂地層隧道質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施。
[Abstract]:Tunnel construction accidents have been frequent for many years, which not only lead to serious economic losses and casualties, but also have a very bad impact on the society, causing widespread concern about the safety of tunnel construction. It is very important to control the risk of tunnel construction during tunnel construction. In this paper, the following research is done to control the construction risk of Humaling tunnel under complex geological conditions: (1) combining with the engineering practice of the tunnel construction project, the site construction conditions, the geological survey report, the construction drawings, Based on the technical data, such as construction organization design, the risk identification of the risk in the construction process of Huamaling tunnel is carried out. According to the requirements of the project, the typical risks are selected and evaluated. (2) the numerical simulation method is used to compare several predetermined excavation methods of Humaling tunnel. On this basis, the design and construction scheme of the high section of the tunnel is innovatively optimized. (3) in order to further ensure the safety of the tunnel construction, the integrated measures of construction risk control are studied. The control technology of tunnel sloughing and deformation prevention in water-rich silty sand formation and the quality risk control measures of tunnel in water-rich silty sand formation are put forward.
