東北地區(qū)某公路軟土地基處理措施研究

【摘要】:在地基軟弱段修建公路,由于路基本身承載力不足的原因會(huì)導(dǎo)致在修建過(guò)程以及后期使用過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)諸如沉降、變形等一系列情況,嚴(yán)重影響了道路的質(zhì)量,不利于行車安全。為了保證阿里河至加格達(dá)奇一級(jí)公路的順利建設(shè)以及保證道路的行車安全及順暢,應(yīng)采取具有針對(duì)性的措施對(duì)加阿公路段軟土地基進(jìn)行處理。通過(guò)對(duì)加阿公路段的工程狀況進(jìn)行介紹,并對(duì)項(xiàng)目所涉及的軟土性質(zhì)進(jìn)行分析,且從含水量、土體滲透性、壓縮性、抗剪強(qiáng)度、土體強(qiáng)度等幾個(gè)方面對(duì)軟土的工程特性進(jìn)行研究,并對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行調(diào)查,對(duì)采取的土樣進(jìn)行室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)分析,為后文選取合理的治理措施提供依據(jù)。為了選取合理的處理方式,從工程造價(jià)、施工工期、適用范圍、承載能力等方面進(jìn)行比選,結(jié)合加阿公路的軟土地基情況,最終確定采用換填施工和沖擊碾壓相結(jié)合的方式。同時(shí)論文對(duì)加阿公路選取的處理措施進(jìn)行詳細(xì)論述,從施工工藝、施工注意事項(xiàng)以及質(zhì)量保證措施等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)論述,得出確實(shí)可行的質(zhì)量保證措施和控制要點(diǎn),為實(shí)體工程提供技術(shù)支持。為了驗(yàn)證加阿公路軟基處理措施的合理性,制定現(xiàn)場(chǎng)沉降觀測(cè)方案,進(jìn)行沉降測(cè)量,然后利用生長(zhǎng)曲線法進(jìn)行工后沉降預(yù)估,最后利用差異沉降控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)處理方案的效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),在此基礎(chǔ)上評(píng)價(jià)軟土路基處理方案的合理性。
[Abstract]:Due to the insufficient bearing capacity of roadbed, a series of conditions such as settlement and deformation will occur in the course of construction and later use, which will seriously affect the quality of the road, and is not conducive to the safety of the road, because of the insufficient bearing capacity of the roadbed in the weak section of the foundation. In order to ensure the smooth construction of the first class highway from Arihe to Gagdaci and the safety and smooth running of the road, some measures should be taken to deal with the soft soil foundation in the section of the Gaja highway. Through the introduction of the engineering situation of the Gagong section, and the analysis of the soft soil properties involved in the project, and from the water content, soil permeability, compressibility, shear strength, This paper studies the engineering characteristics of soft soil from soil strength and other aspects, and carries out field investigation, and carries out laboratory test and analysis of the soil samples taken, which provides the basis for selecting reasonable treatment measures later on. In order to select a reasonable treatment method, this paper compares and selects the engineering cost, construction duration, applicable range, bearing capacity and so on. Combining with the soft soil foundation condition of Gaal highway, the method of combining the replacement construction with impact rolling is finally determined. At the same time, the paper discusses the treatment measures of the highway selection in detail, from the construction technology, construction matters needing attention and quality assurance measures to obtain the feasible quality assurance measures and control points. Provide technical support for physical engineering. In order to verify the rationality of soft foundation treatment measures in Gaa-a highway, the site settlement observation scheme was established, and the settlement measurement was carried out, and then the settlement prediction after construction was carried out by the growth curve method. Finally, the effect of the treatment scheme is evaluated by using the differential settlement control standard, and the rationality of the treatment scheme of soft soil subgrade is evaluated on this basis.
