溫拌再生瀝青混合料的試驗研究與應用效益分析

【摘要】:我國經濟的高速發(fā)展帶動了交通事業(yè)的繁榮,現(xiàn)階段我國公路事業(yè)逐漸開始由大規(guī)模建設期進入養(yǎng)護期,隨著資源、環(huán)境等問題日漸突出,傳統(tǒng)的道路養(yǎng)護方式開始不適應社會發(fā)展的要求,瀝青路面再生技術的研究和應用成為了我國公路事業(yè)中的重要任務。為了能夠高效的利用廢舊瀝青路面材料(RAP),同時降低施工能耗、保證再生路面的質量,首先對RAP中各種材料進行試驗分析,建立了RAP的評價體系;然后對不同RAP摻量下的溫拌再生瀝青混合料進行強度、高溫穩(wěn)定性、低溫抗裂性以及水穩(wěn)定性試驗研究,結合試驗結果對分析RAP摻量對溫拌再生瀝青混合料性能的影響,并提出了適宜的RAP摻量;最后通過理論分析的方法對溫拌再生瀝青混合料的經濟效益和環(huán)境效益進行評價。對RAP中的三種主要組成材料(瀝青、集料和雜質)進行試驗分析,引入相對應的指標分別對瀝青、集料和雜質含量進行評價并劃分等級,并將三種材料的評價等級進行組合形成RAP的分級指標和評價體系,根據(jù)技術指標將RAP分為4個等級,并分析了各等級適宜的再生利用方式;對RAP摻量從0到60%的溫拌再生瀝青混合料進行組成設計和性能研究,結果表明:隨著RAP摻量的增加,溫拌再生瀝青混合料的最佳新瀝青用量逐漸降低了45.83%,但總瀝青用量增加6.25%,溫拌再生混合料的適宜降溫量從32℃降低至10℃左右;溫拌再生混合料的抗壓強度和回彈模量線性升高,高溫穩(wěn)定性增強,低溫穩(wěn)定性和水穩(wěn)定性降低,且40%的RAP摻量為溫拌再生瀝青混合料路用性能變化率的臨界點。水穩(wěn)定性試驗結果表明:在RAP摻量為40%以內時,溫拌再生瀝青混合料的成型溫度不宜低于145℃,當RAP摻量超過50%時,很小的降溫量就會出現(xiàn)水穩(wěn)定性較大的降低,成型溫度不宜低于155℃。進行熱再生時,為保證足夠的水穩(wěn)定性,RAP摻量不宜超過40%,且經過短期老化之后的再生混合料水穩(wěn)定性略優(yōu)于未經短期老化的混合料,但凍融劈裂強度略低。使用溫拌再生瀝青混合料具有明顯的經濟效益和環(huán)境效益,若對瀝青路面進行大修,相比傳統(tǒng)維修方式,每使用1噸溫拌再生瀝青混合料,材料成本約節(jié)約88.96元,且能減少燃油消耗20%以上,減少施工廢氣排放量約30%。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of our country's economy has led to the prosperity of the transportation industry. At this stage, the highway industry in our country has gradually begun to enter the maintenance period from the period of large-scale construction. With the problems of resources and environment becoming increasingly prominent, The traditional way of road maintenance can not meet the needs of social development. The research and application of asphalt pavement regeneration technology has become an important task in our country's highway industry. In order to make efficient use of waste asphalt pavement material (RAP),) and reduce construction energy consumption and ensure the quality of recycled pavement, the evaluation system of RAP is established by testing and analyzing all kinds of materials in RAP. Then, the strength, high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water stability of warm mixed recycled asphalt mixture with different RAP content are studied, and the effect of RAP content on the performance of warm mix recycled asphalt mixture is analyzed. The suitable amount of RAP was put forward. Finally, the economic and environmental benefits of warm-mixed recycled asphalt mixture are evaluated by theoretical analysis. The three main composition materials (asphalt, aggregate and impurity) in RAP are tested and analyzed. The corresponding indexes are introduced to evaluate and classify the asphalt, aggregate and impurity content respectively. The evaluation grades of three kinds of materials were combined to form the grading index and evaluation system of RAP. According to the technical indexes, the RAP was divided into four grades, and the suitable regeneration and utilization methods of each grade were analyzed. The composition design and performance study of warm mix recycled asphalt mixture with RAP content ranging from 0% to 60% are carried out. The results show that with the increase of RAP content, the optimum new asphalt content of warm mix recycled asphalt mixture decreases gradually by 45.83%.
