高應(yīng)變強化超高性能混凝土的裂縫控制機理和研究

【摘要】:利用聲發(fā)射無損探傷技術(shù)實時監(jiān)測三種類型超高性能混凝土(Ultra High Performance Concrete,簡稱UHPC)軸拉試驗過程中內(nèi)部損傷點的形成和演化過程,同時通過裂縫觀測儀量測UHPC拉應(yīng)變到達(dá)2000με時的縫寬。與低應(yīng)變強化UHPC和應(yīng)變軟化UHPC相比,高應(yīng)變強化UHPC具有高抗拉強度和"類金屬"拉伸應(yīng)變強化性能,在強化段區(qū)間內(nèi)通過多點微裂紋均布開展的形式來平衡等量變形,表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)異的裂縫寬度控制能力。氣體滲透測試證明高應(yīng)變強化UHPC抗氣滲性能優(yōu)異,且拉應(yīng)變達(dá)到2000με后即刻卸載狀態(tài)下的抗氣滲性能仍要優(yōu)于未受荷C50混凝土。基于高應(yīng)變強化UHPC這些特性,將其應(yīng)用于橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的高應(yīng)力區(qū)或其他需要高抗裂性能的部位將是預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土之外的新方案,例如鋼-UHPC輕型組合結(jié)構(gòu)、斜拉橋的橋塔錨固區(qū)。
[Abstract]:The formation and evolution of internal damage points during axial tensile test of three types of ultra-high performance concrete (Ultra High Performance Concrete,) are monitored by acoustic emission nondestructive flaw detection (AE NDT) in real time. At the same time, the crack width is measured when the tensile strain of UHPC reaches 2000 渭 蔚. Compared with low strain hardening UHPC and strain softening UHPC, high strain strengthened UHPC has high tensile strength and "metal-like" tensile strain strengthening performance. Show excellent crack width control ability. Gas permeation test shows that the gas permeability resistance of high strain strengthened UHPC is superior to that of unloaded C50 concrete when tensile strain reaches 2000 渭 蔚. Based on the characteristics of high strain strengthened UHPC, applying it to the high stress zone of bridge structure or other parts requiring high crack resistance will be a new scheme other than prestressed concrete, such as steel-UHPC light composite structure, cable-stayed bridge tower anchoring area.
