基于公共交通骨干網(wǎng)絡(luò)的輔助公交規(guī)劃方法研究

【摘要】:國(guó)內(nèi)城市正在積極尋求資源供給與交通需求增長(zhǎng)之間矛盾的解決辦法,所面臨的問題是如何更好的提升公共交通服務(wù)吸引力,正是為了滿足出行需求逐漸多樣化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),輔助公交的理念首次得到了前所未有的關(guān)注。自2013年9月1日北京定制公交的成功實(shí)施后,取得了良好的社會(huì)反響,而近日所激烈探討的合乘出租車以及拼車等創(chuàng)新服務(wù),也再一次深化了業(yè)內(nèi)人士與學(xué)者們對(duì)輔助公交的認(rèn)識(shí)和思考。如何通過公交服務(wù)創(chuàng)新來引導(dǎo)市民采用公共交通出行,以改善國(guó)內(nèi)公交市場(chǎng)逐漸萎縮的局面,成為目前交通領(lǐng)域最具影響力的研究課題之一。為使輔助公交更好的融入現(xiàn)有的公共交通體系,本文選取了基于公共交通骨干網(wǎng)絡(luò)的輔助公交規(guī)劃模式進(jìn)行研究。首先,本文對(duì)輔助公交的基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行了探討和總結(jié),對(duì)其進(jìn)行更為詳細(xì)全面的定義,進(jìn)而對(duì)輔助公交系統(tǒng)的組成要素、特點(diǎn)以及發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析。接下來,通過參考大量國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)對(duì)典型的輔助公交模式的特點(diǎn)、服務(wù)特征、適應(yīng)性以及基本運(yùn)營(yíng)模式做出了總結(jié),并歸納了輔助公交點(diǎn)位模式和線位模式的典型規(guī)劃模式。然后結(jié)合骨干網(wǎng)絡(luò)走廊的基本服務(wù)模式和各交通方式特點(diǎn),對(duì)基于公共交通骨干網(wǎng)絡(luò)的輔助公交組合模式進(jìn)行了探索性研究。最后文章基于離散選擇模型,通過Nlogit軟件對(duì)在引入新型交通服務(wù)模式下,交通方式選擇結(jié)果進(jìn)行的預(yù)測(cè)和分析,并以北京京通快速路為案例對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了實(shí)例驗(yàn)證,并進(jìn)一步在模型的實(shí)際應(yīng)用方面,從出行費(fèi)用和出行時(shí)間兩個(gè)方面做出了探討,以期對(duì)輔助公交規(guī)劃方法予以參考。
[Abstract]:Domestic cities are actively seeking solutions to the contradiction between the supply of resources and the growth of traffic demand. The problem facing them is how to better enhance the attraction of public transport services, precisely to meet the trend of diversification of travel demand. For the first time, the idea of auxiliary public transport has received unprecedented attention. Since the successful implementation of Beijing's custom-built public transport on September 1, 2013, it has achieved a good social response, while the recently discussed innovative services, such as cabs and ride-sharing, have been hotly discussed. It also deepens the understanding and thinking of the industry and scholars on auxiliary public transport once again. How to guide citizens to use public transportation through the innovation of public transport service, in order to improve the shrinking situation of the domestic public transport market, has become one of the most influential research topics in the field of transportation. In order to better integrate auxiliary public transport into the existing public transport system, this paper selects the bus auxiliary planning model based on the backbone network of public transport to study. First of all, this paper discusses and summarizes the basic theory of auxiliary public transport, defines it in more detail, and then analyzes the constituent elements, characteristics and development advantages of auxiliary public transport system. Then, by referring to a large number of domestic and foreign literature, this paper summarizes the characteristics, service characteristics, adaptability and basic operation mode of the typical auxiliary bus mode, and summarizes the typical planning model of the auxiliary bus point mode and line location mode. Then combined with the basic service mode of backbone network corridor and the characteristics of each mode of transportation, this paper makes an exploratory study on the auxiliary bus combination mode based on the backbone network of public transport. Finally, based on the discrete selection model, the prediction and analysis of the result of traffic mode selection under the introduction of new traffic service mode are carried out by Nlogit software, and the model is verified by a case study of Beijing Jingtong Expressway. Furthermore, in the practical application of the model, the paper discusses the travel cost and travel time in order to provide a reference for the planning method of auxiliary public transport.
