【摘要】：在國(guó)外,進(jìn)度管理理論有比較深入的研究,應(yīng)用也比較熟練普遍。盡管?chē)?guó)內(nèi)進(jìn)度管理理論也有一些研究,但進(jìn)度管理理論在某些領(lǐng)域中應(yīng)用并不到位,特別在專業(yè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中,進(jìn)度管理效果沒(méi)有得到充分、有效的體現(xiàn)。本文主要論述A智能交通專業(yè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制和進(jìn)度控制方法的應(yīng)用。本文著重從適用性和可操作性的應(yīng)用角度,建立專業(yè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制和進(jìn)度控制流程,系統(tǒng)的論述如何將進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制和進(jìn)度控制方法應(yīng)用于專業(yè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目。在進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制過(guò)程中,重點(diǎn)介紹了工作分解圖(WBS),單代號(hào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖、甘特圖、關(guān)鍵路徑法以及計(jì)劃評(píng)審技術(shù)的應(yīng)用。在進(jìn)度控制過(guò)程中,重點(diǎn)介紹進(jìn)度控制理論、進(jìn)度檢測(cè)方法、甘特圖比較法以及進(jìn)度滯后進(jìn)度更新方法等。本文以A校智能交通專業(yè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為例,詳細(xì)介紹了進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制和進(jìn)度控制的過(guò)程,并對(duì)A校智能交通專業(yè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理實(shí)效進(jìn)行了分析。本文重在應(yīng)用,把項(xiàng)目管理的方法運(yùn)用到A校智能交通專業(yè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中去,解決了實(shí)際工作中計(jì)劃不清,控制不力的問(wèn)題,對(duì)類似項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理有一定的借鑒和參考意義。
[Abstract]:In foreign countries, schedule management theory has a more in-depth study, the application is also more proficient and universal. Although there are some researches on the theory of schedule management in our country, the theory of schedule management is not applied in some fields, especially in professional construction projects, the effect of schedule management is not fully and effectively reflected. This paper mainly discusses the application of schedule planning and schedule control method in A intelligent transportation construction project. From the point of view of applicability and maneuverability, this paper sets up the process of schedule planning and schedule control in professional construction projects, and discusses systematically how to apply the method of schedule planning and schedule control to professional construction projects. The application of (WBS), single code network diagram, Gantt chart, critical path method and plan review technology is introduced in the process of schedule planning. In the process of progress control, the theory of progress control, the method of measuring progress, the method of comparing Gantt chart and the method of updating progress behind schedule are introduced. Taking the construction project of intelligent transportation major in school A as an example, this paper introduces the process of schedule planning and schedule control in detail, and analyzes the actual effect of schedule management of the construction project of intelligent transportation major in A school. In this paper, the method of project management is applied to the construction project of Intelligent Transportation Specialty in School A, which solves the problems of unclear planning and weak control in practical work, and has certain reference and reference significance for the schedule management of similar projects.
