A校智能交通專業(yè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理
[Abstract]:In foreign countries, schedule management theory has a more in-depth study, the application is also more proficient and universal. Although there are some researches on the theory of schedule management in our country, the theory of schedule management is not applied in some fields, especially in professional construction projects, the effect of schedule management is not fully and effectively reflected. This paper mainly discusses the application of schedule planning and schedule control method in A intelligent transportation construction project. From the point of view of applicability and maneuverability, this paper sets up the process of schedule planning and schedule control in professional construction projects, and discusses systematically how to apply the method of schedule planning and schedule control to professional construction projects. The application of (WBS), single code network diagram, Gantt chart, critical path method and plan review technology is introduced in the process of schedule planning. In the process of progress control, the theory of progress control, the method of measuring progress, the method of comparing Gantt chart and the method of updating progress behind schedule are introduced. Taking the construction project of intelligent transportation major in school A as an example, this paper introduces the process of schedule planning and schedule control in detail, and analyzes the actual effect of schedule management of the construction project of intelligent transportation major in A school. In this paper, the method of project management is applied to the construction project of Intelligent Transportation Specialty in School A, which solves the problems of unclear planning and weak control in practical work, and has certain reference and reference significance for the schedule management of similar projects.
