懸索橋主纜纏包帶密封性能試驗研究

【摘要】:為優(yōu)化大跨度懸索橋主纜新型"鋼絲纏繞+纏包帶熱熔+空氣除濕"三工藝復(fù)合防護(hù)體系的工程應(yīng)用效果,以云南龍江特大橋為工程背景設(shè)計和制作了模擬實橋施工的復(fù)合體系主纜試驗?zāi)P?測試不同加熱時間、加熱溫度和空氣壓力的纏包帶熱熔性能,比較纏包帶在不同壓力和流量工況下的泄露率。試驗結(jié)果表明:纏包帶施工加熱時間150~180s、加熱溫度120~130℃和空氣壓力4.5kPa為實橋最佳組合工藝參數(shù),可以保證熱熔后的纏包帶具有良好的剝離強度性能;在合理的空氣壓力和流量條件下纏包帶結(jié)構(gòu)泄露率均小于5%,完全能滿足實橋主纜防護(hù)施工指南和工藝規(guī)范的要求。
[Abstract]:In order to optimize the engineering application effect of the composite protection system of the new type of "hot melt air dehumidification" for the main cable of the long-span suspension bridge, Taking the Longjiang Bridge in Yunnan as the engineering background, the test model of composite system main cable is designed and made to simulate the construction of real bridge, and the hot melt properties of wrapped zone with different heating time, heating temperature and air pressure are tested.
