高溫裂解膠粉改性瀝青的低溫性能試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:為了研究高溫裂解對(duì)膠粉改性瀝青低溫性能的影響,在不同加工溫度和加工時(shí)間下分別制備9組高溫裂解膠粉改性瀝青,并以不同改性瀝青樣品在甲苯中的溶解度表征膠粉的裂解程度。通過(guò)比較各樣品的5℃延度值、經(jīng)差示掃描量熱法(DSC)測(cè)試得到的玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度Tg以及低溫彎曲梁流變(BBR)試驗(yàn)在-24℃的蠕變勁度模量S,考察了加工溫度和加工時(shí)間對(duì)膠粉改性瀝青低溫性能的影響規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)膠粉摻量(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))為30%時(shí),在230℃及250℃下加工樣品的溶解度隨加工時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)有逐漸增大的趨勢(shì);在270℃下加工樣品時(shí),由于輕質(zhì)組分受熱劇烈揮發(fā),導(dǎo)致樣品的溶解度隨時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)呈現(xiàn)先增大后減小的趨勢(shì);在230℃下,高溫裂解膠粉改性瀝青樣品的低溫性能隨著加工時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)先提高后降低;在250℃及270℃下,隨著加工時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),高溫裂解膠粉改性瀝青樣品的低溫性能逐漸降低;與傳統(tǒng)橡膠瀝青加工工藝相比,在一定的加工時(shí)間范圍內(nèi),膠粉的高溫脫硫裂解有利于進(jìn)一步提高膠粉改性瀝青的低溫性能;9組高溫裂解膠粉改性瀝青樣品中,250℃下加熱攪拌1 h的樣品低溫性能最好,其次為230℃下加熱攪拌2 h的樣品。
