水下隧道管節(jié)新型安裝船研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:目前世界上隧道管節(jié)安裝專(zhuān)用裝置各式各樣,但有一個(gè)共同點(diǎn),裝置簡(jiǎn)單、操作復(fù)雜。如何讓隧道管節(jié)的安裝操作變的更加簡(jiǎn)便、工程施工更加安全可靠,是沉管隧道工程技術(shù)人員共同面對(duì)的難題。本文結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外隧道管節(jié)安裝技術(shù)及設(shè)備的應(yīng)用發(fā)展情況,充分吸收已有的工程案例,在成功基礎(chǔ)上,將國(guó)內(nèi)外技術(shù)相結(jié)合、吸收各種安裝裝置的布置和性能、功能,結(jié)合實(shí)船設(shè)計(jì)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使用反饋經(jīng)驗(yàn),通過(guò)專(zhuān)題調(diào)研和專(zhuān)家咨詢(xún)等多種方式,針對(duì)依托工程港珠澳大橋島隧項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)出一種新型的專(zhuān)用安裝船。論文首先對(duì)管節(jié)安裝船亟待解決的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,其中包括有主尺度的選取、線纜系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與選取、浮運(yùn)過(guò)程中管節(jié)與船體綁扎研究與設(shè)計(jì)、隧道管節(jié)壓載水控制技術(shù)研究與設(shè)計(jì)、兩船遠(yuǎn)程無(wú)線控制等技術(shù)。通過(guò)對(duì)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研究,解決了隧道管節(jié)安裝過(guò)程中的難題。在解決關(guān)鍵技術(shù)后,論文對(duì)管節(jié)安裝船的船體進(jìn)行了研究與設(shè)計(jì),解決了船舶的總體布置、穩(wěn)性、強(qiáng)度等關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題;對(duì)輪機(jī)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究與設(shè)計(jì),解決了輪機(jī)主要設(shè)備的布置以及各系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備選取;對(duì)電氣系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究與設(shè)計(jì),完成了電力負(fù)荷的計(jì)算、主要設(shè)備的布置。
[Abstract]:At present, there are many kinds of special installation devices for tunnel pipe section in the world, but they have one thing in common, the device is simple and the operation is complicated. How to make the installation and operation of tunnel pipe section more convenient and the engineering construction more safe and reliable is a difficult problem faced by the technicians of immersed tunnel engineering. In this paper, combined with the application and development of the installation technology and equipment of tunnel section at home and abroad, the existing engineering cases are fully absorbed, and on the basis of success, the technology at home and abroad is combined to absorb the arrangement, performance and function of various installation devices. A new type of special installation ship was designed for the island tunnel project of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge by means of special research and expert consultation combined with actual ship design and site use feedback experience. In this paper, the key technologies to be solved are studied, including the selection of the main scale, the design and selection of the cable system, and the research and design of the pipe joint and hull binding during the floating process. Research and design of ballast water control technology for tunnel pipe, remote wireless control of two ships. Through the research of the key technology, the difficult problem in the installation process of tunnel pipe section is solved. After solving the key technology, the paper has carried on the research and the design to the hull of the pipe joint installation ship, has solved the ship's general arrangement, the stability, the strength and so on the key question; This paper studies and designs the marine engine system, solves the layout of the main equipment of the turbine and the selection of the equipment of each system, studies and designs the electrical system, completes the calculation of the electric load and the arrangement of the main equipment.
