【摘要】：為評估橋梁恐怖襲擊風險,提出了一種基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法(ANP)的橋梁恐怖襲擊風險評估仿真模型。通過構(gòu)建橋梁恐怖襲擊風險評估指標體系和ANP網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,采用Delphi咨詢法和Saaty標度法對部分定性評估指標進行了量化,利用SD軟件,分別使用ANP和AHP兩種方法對某地區(qū)五座橋梁作為潛在恐襲目標進行了風險評估和對比分析。仿真結(jié)果表明,ANP方法能改進AHP風險評估模型的不足,評估結(jié)果可為相關(guān)部門反恐提供決策參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the risk of bridge terrorist attack, a simulation model of bridge terrorist attack risk assessment based on network analysis method (ANP) is proposed. Through the construction of the bridge terrorist attack risk assessment index system and the ANP network model, the Delphi consultation method and the Saaty scale method are used to quantify some qualitative evaluation indexes, and the SD software is used. The risk assessment and comparative analysis of five bridges as potential targets in a certain area were carried out by using ANP and AHP methods respectively. The simulation results show that the ANP method can improve the deficiency of AHP risk assessment model, and the evaluation results can provide a reference for the relevant departments to make decisions on anti-terrorism.
