TBM盤形滾刀破巖最優(yōu)貫入度的數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:為了研究TBM盤形滾刀的破巖效率及其最優(yōu)貫入度,運(yùn)用有限元單元理論,采用擴(kuò)展的Drucker-Prager非線性彈塑性本構(gòu)模型作為巖石的本構(gòu)模型,考慮包括單元刪除功能的損傷失效準(zhǔn)則,對雙滾刀切削巖石的過程進(jìn)行三維動態(tài)模擬,研究巖石與刀具相互作用特性。利用回轉(zhuǎn)式切削實驗臺進(jìn)行雙滾刀破巖實驗,驗證結(jié)果的合理性。研究結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)貫入度為2.0 mm時,2把滾刀的切削力基本相同;當(dāng)貫入度為10.0 mm時,前把滾刀的切削力大于后把滾刀的切削力;在特定地層下,存在1個最優(yōu)貫入度,使得滾刀切削比能耗最低;當(dāng)貫入度為4.3mm時,巖石裂紋能相互交匯,形成完整的碎片,切削比能耗最小;當(dāng)貫入度小于4.3 mm時,巖石不能產(chǎn)生貫穿裂紋,形成巖脊;當(dāng)貫入度大于4.3 mm時,巖石過度破碎。
[Abstract]:In order to study the rock breaking efficiency and its optimal penetration of TBM disc hob, the extended Drucker-Prager nonlinear elastoplastic constitutive model is used as the constitutive model of rock by using finite element theory. Considering the damage failure criterion including element deletion function, the dynamic simulation of rock cutting with double hobs is carried out, and the interaction between rock and tool is studied. The rock breaking experiment with double hobs is carried out with rotary cutting test bench to verify the reasonableness of the results. The results show that the cutting force of the two hobs is basically the same when the penetration is 2.0 mm, and the cutting force of the front hob is greater than that of the rear hob when the penetration is 10.0 mm. Under certain strata, there is an optimal penetration degree, which makes the specific energy consumption of hob cutting lowest. When penetration degree is 4.3mm, rock cracks can intersect each other, forming complete fragments, and cutting specific energy consumption is the least. When the penetration is less than 4.3 mm, the rock can not produce a penetrating crack and form a ridge, and when the penetration is greater than 4.3 mm, the rock is over-broken.
