濕陷性黃土地段高速公路地基施工質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:濕陷性黃土在我國(guó)疆土分布面積較廣,尤其是在西北地區(qū)。濕陷性黃土的性質(zhì)是受水浸濕后,強(qiáng)度會(huì)迅速降低,導(dǎo)致土體結(jié)構(gòu)破壞,繼而會(huì)發(fā)生較為顯著的沉陷,所以其工程性質(zhì)較差。在濕陷性黃土地段施工更需注其濕陷性的消除,保證施工質(zhì)量及安全。采用什么地基處理技術(shù)也會(huì)對(duì)施工質(zhì)量的控制產(chǎn)生很大的影響,進(jìn)而對(duì)整個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)生影響,若處理不當(dāng),將會(huì)引起地基的不均勻沉降、路面的破壞等等。所以,在濕陷性黃土的處理過(guò)程中,結(jié)合本項(xiàng)目的施工條件、施工環(huán)境等全方面考慮,選擇合適的處理方法,在保證施工質(zhì)量的同時(shí)注意保護(hù)環(huán)境,避免造成環(huán)境污染。在濕陷性黃土地段修建高速公路,要保證地基的安全及經(jīng)濟(jì)性,采用合理的地基處理施工技術(shù)以及施工過(guò)程中各個(gè)工藝流程的施工質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)成為關(guān)鍵,具有很大研究?jī)r(jià)值。本文在介紹濕陷性黃土的性質(zhì)及濕陷機(jī)理的基礎(chǔ)上,提出針對(duì)濕陷性黃土地基沉陷問(wèn)題的處理方法,包括換填墊層法、強(qiáng)夯法、灰土樁擠密法、振沖法等。通過(guò)對(duì)以上多種濕陷性黃土地基處理方法施工工藝、設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、使用范圍等全面的介紹及其社會(huì)效益、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益以及環(huán)境效益的對(duì)比分析得出灰土樁擠密法以其以土治土的處理技術(shù),可以在各種地基處理方法中顯得比較經(jīng)濟(jì),得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。所以,本文重點(diǎn)研究灰土擠密樁法在濕陷性黃土地基處理中的施工質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)研究。具體包括整體角度研究灰土擠密樁施工質(zhì)量的管控方法,包括PDCA循環(huán)法等;微觀角度研究灰土擠密樁的施工工藝流程的施工質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)操作要點(diǎn)、控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn);之后對(duì)灰土擠密樁地基處理效果從檢測(cè)內(nèi)容及檢驗(yàn)內(nèi)容兩方面作評(píng)價(jià),灰土擠密樁施工過(guò)程中重要的控制參數(shù)有:樁體壓實(shí)度、樁間土壓實(shí)度、樁間土的濕陷系數(shù)、復(fù)合地基承載力。確;彝翑D密樁各項(xiàng)參數(shù)、施工質(zhì)量、加固效果、復(fù)合地基達(dá)到消除濕陷性的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。最后以“東毛高速公路A7合同段”為案例做具體分析,研究了該項(xiàng)目采用灰土擠密樁的施工工藝、施工過(guò)程中的相關(guān)試驗(yàn)、控制的指標(biāo)參數(shù)、達(dá)到施工要求的評(píng)價(jià)等研究成果。
[Abstract]:Collapsible loess is widely distributed in China, especially in northwest China. The property of collapsible loess is that the strength of collapsible loess will decrease rapidly after being soaked in water, which will lead to the destruction of soil structure and the occurrence of obvious subsidence, so its engineering property is poor. In the construction of collapsible loess section, the elimination of collapsibility is necessary to ensure the construction quality and safety. The adoption of the foundation treatment technology will also have a great impact on the construction quality control, and then on the entire project, if not treated properly, will cause uneven settlement of the foundation, pavement damage and so on. Therefore, in the process of treatment of collapsible loess, considering the construction conditions, construction environment and other aspects of the project, the appropriate treatment method is selected to ensure the quality of construction at the same time to protect the environment and avoid environmental pollution. In order to ensure the safety and economy of the foundation in the collapsible loess section, it is of great research value to adopt the reasonable foundation treatment construction technology and the construction quality control technology of each technological process in the construction process. On the basis of introducing the nature and collapsibility mechanism of collapsible loess, this paper puts forward some methods to deal with the settlement of collapsible loess foundation, including replacement cushion method, dynamic compaction method, lime-soil pile compaction method, vibration-scouring method and so on. By introducing the construction technology, design and calculation, application scope and social benefit of the above kinds of collapsible loess foundation treatment methods, By comparing and analyzing the economic and environmental benefits, it is concluded that the compaction method of lime-soil pile, with its treatment technology of soil and soil, can be used widely and economically in all kinds of foundation treatment methods. Therefore, this paper focuses on the construction quality control technology of lime-soil compaction pile method in the treatment of collapsible loess foundation. It includes the overall research on the control methods of the construction quality of lime-soil compaction pile, including the PDCA cycle method, and the micro-angle research on the key points and control standards of the construction quality control technology of the construction process of the lime-soil compaction pile. After that, the treatment effect of lime-soil compaction pile foundation is evaluated from two aspects: test content and test content. The important control parameters in the construction of lime-soil compaction pile are: compaction degree of pile body, coefficient of soil collapsibility between piles, and so on. Bearing capacity of composite foundation. To ensure the parameters, construction quality, reinforcement effect and composite foundation reach the standard of eliminating collapsibility of lime-soil compaction pile. Finally, taking "A7 contract section of Dongmao Expressway" as a case study, the paper studies the construction technology of lime-soil compaction pile, the relevant tests during construction, the controlled index parameters and the evaluation to meet the construction requirements.
