基于Matlab軟件的瀝青路面結構可靠度程序設計及其應用研究

【摘要】:我國目前瀝青路面設計方法為定值型設計方法,采用這種方法設計出的瀝青路面結構與實際工作狀態(tài)存在很大差異。所以,為了使設計結果更接近于實際情況,在設計中要考慮設計參數(shù)的隨機性,將可靠性的理論引入到瀝青路面結構設計中?紤]瀝青路面結構設計中交通參數(shù)(累計當量軸次)、幾何參數(shù)(各結構層厚度)、結構參數(shù)(各結構層抗壓模量、各結構層抗彎拉模量、各結構層劈裂強度)的隨機性,采用蒙特卡羅法,利用Matlab軟件設計編寫了瀝青路面結構可靠度計算的通用程序。該程序可供10層以內任意層數(shù)的瀝青路面結構,進行以彎沉及以彎拉應力為控制指標的可靠度計算。程序可以方便地實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)輸入、輸出與存儲功能,操作簡便,計算精度良好,可供設計者在路面結構組合設計后對設計方案進行可靠度計算。為了利用自編可靠度程序分析結構可靠度對各個隨機參數(shù)的敏感度大小,并且有針對性地調整設計方案,在可靠度計算程序的基礎上進行改進,編寫了可靠度對交通參數(shù)、幾何參數(shù)、結構參數(shù)的均值及變異系數(shù)敏感度分析的程序。利用該程序可得到隨機參數(shù)的不同均值或不同變異系數(shù)水平下對應的可靠度,并可以繪制關系圖線。計算結果與圖形都可以方便地進行存儲、查閱。最后對所編各個程序進行編號,匯總成總程序,使其通過識別程序編號執(zhí)行對應程序的功能,更加方便使用者操作。最后,選取算例利用自編程序進行了瀝青路面結構可靠度計算,驗證了自編程序的正確性。并進行了可靠度對交通參數(shù)、幾何參數(shù)、結構參數(shù)的均值及變異系數(shù)的敏感度分析,找出了三類參數(shù)中對可靠度影響程度較為顯著的因素。對隨機參數(shù)均值及變異系數(shù)同可靠度間關系進行了擬合,給出了擬合方程。
[Abstract]:The design method of asphalt pavement in China is a fixed value design method. The structure of asphalt pavement designed by this method is very different from the actual working state. Therefore, in order to make the design results closer to the actual situation, the randomness of design parameters should be considered in the design, and the reliability theory should be introduced into the design of asphalt pavement structure. Considering the randomness of traffic parameters (accumulative equivalent axis), geometric parameters (thickness of each structure layer), structural parameters (compressive modulus of each structure layer, flexural tensile modulus of each structural layer, splitting strength of each structural layer) in the structural design of asphalt pavement. A general program for calculating the structural reliability of asphalt pavement is designed by using Monte Carlo method and Matlab software. The program can be used to calculate the reliability of asphalt pavement structure with any number of layers within 10 layers, which is controlled by deflection and flexural stress. The program can easily realize the functions of data input, output and storage. It is easy to operate and has good calculation precision. It can be used to calculate the reliability of the design scheme after the design of pavement structure combination. In order to analyze the sensitivity of structural reliability to each random parameter by using self-compiled reliability program, and adjust the design scheme pertinently, the reliability calculation program is improved, and the reliability to traffic parameter is compiled. Geometric parameters, structural parameters of the mean and coefficient of variation sensitivity analysis program. By using this program, the reliability of random parameters with different mean value or variation coefficient can be obtained, and the relationship line can be drawn. Calculation results and graphics can be conveniently stored and consulted. Finally, each program is numbered and summarized into a master program, so that it can perform the function of the corresponding program by identifying the program number, which is more convenient for the user to operate. Finally, an example is selected to calculate the structural reliability of asphalt pavement, which verifies the correctness of the program. The sensitivity of reliability to traffic parameters, geometric parameters, the mean value of structural parameters and the coefficient of variation is analyzed, and the factors that influence the reliability of the three kinds of parameters are found out. The relationship between random parameter mean and coefficient of variation and reliability is fitted, and the fitting equation is given.
