基于光纖光柵技術(shù)量測(cè)路面材料的溫度與應(yīng)變

【摘要】:探討光纖光柵傳感器(FBG)于光譜分析儀上所讀取的光波頻譜圖的中心波長(zhǎng),在溫度與應(yīng)變作用下,測(cè)試出中心波長(zhǎng)的漂移量與溫度及應(yīng)變的關(guān)系式,結(jié)果顯示其溫度與應(yīng)變的誤差可達(dá)到0.13℃及6με,并對(duì)于混凝土試件溫度的重復(fù)性與穩(wěn)定性都有不錯(cuò)的效果;對(duì)于混凝土試件的應(yīng)變的量測(cè),結(jié)果顯示,FBG傳感器在中心波長(zhǎng)1 548、1 554 nm的應(yīng)變與荷載關(guān)系式分別為0.256、0.235με/N。此簡(jiǎn)單、成本不高的FBG傳感器若能再進(jìn)一步改善后,希望能實(shí)際應(yīng)用于路面結(jié)構(gòu)或交通基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)中溫度與應(yīng)變的量測(cè)。
