面向短周期的煤炭碼頭生產(chǎn)輔助決策系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵問題研究
[Abstract]:Loading and unloading production organization of wharf is the key research object in engineering technology and academic field. Scholars have been committed to this aspect of the exploration to improve the efficiency of all levels of wharf operation. Based on the understanding of the loading and unloading process of the water transfer coal wharf, this paper studies the overall configuration of the auxiliary decision system for coal wharf production oriented to the short period, which is guided by the system function, taking the optimal dispatching problem of the loading and unloading ship as the research object. A mathematical model aiming at minimum time and resource consumption in Hong Kong is established and solved by algorithm. The main research results are as follows: this paper analyzes the complexity of coal wharf loading and unloading production, carries on the research from the objective and the subjective angle, and on this basis carries on the system demand, the system function analysis and the overall configuration design. The main modules are data management, intelligent scheduling and planning. The top level design of the system is simulation preview, and the composition and correlation between system modules are further studied. In view of the fact that the main task of the decision system is to generate the loading and unloading ship plan automatically, this paper further studies the constraint relation of the loading and unloading ship operation scheduling, respectively, in which the ship is in port for the shortest time. The mathematical model of ship loading and unloading scheduling is established for the optimization goal with the least energy consumption and the combination of both. The veracity and engineering applicability of the model are verified by the actual data test. On the solution of scheduling problem, through further research on loading and unloading flow and scheduling rules, combined with model and production practice, two different kinds of algorithms, heuristic algorithm and genetic algorithm are used to solve the problem separately. The scheduling task is completed, the system output is guaranteed, the feasible production plan is generated dynamically, and the system function is finally realized.
