山區(qū)高速公路分離式斷面坡長限制值研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來,我國道路運輸行業(yè)用了二十至三十年的時間達到了發(fā)達國家三十至四十年的發(fā)展水平,實現(xiàn)了跨越式的發(fā)展。但我國道路交通存在發(fā)展嚴重不平衡的問題,西部山區(qū)由于地形條件的限制,發(fā)展狀況遠遠落后于東部沿海地區(qū)。大力建設(shè)交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施依舊是進一步推進西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的首要任務(wù),高速公路網(wǎng)的加密建設(shè)迫在眉睫。在西部山區(qū)部分地形特別復(fù)雜路段,修建高速公路時如果仍然采用整體式斷面,勢必會造成大填大挖、破壞環(huán)境,甚至降低線形指標。針對這種現(xiàn)象,更能適應(yīng)地形的分離式斷面應(yīng)運而生。采用分離式斷面不但能順應(yīng)地形減少工程造價、保護環(huán)境,還可以提高公路的線形指標。目前國內(nèi)修建分離式斷面遇到長大縱坡時,由于標準中沒有明確給出最大坡長的限制值,通常是直接采用整體式斷面的坡長限制值,但上坡和下坡對汽車的影響是不一樣的,直接采用整體式斷面的坡長值也就不合理。因此研究分離式斷面長大縱坡坡長限制值,上坡情況和下坡情況應(yīng)該分開研究,這樣更能符合汽車的實際行駛情況。本文以西商高速為數(shù)據(jù)來源,通過調(diào)查分析選取東風(fēng)EQ5208XXY2型廂式載貨汽車為試驗車型,對汽車的動力性能和制動性能分別進行研究。根據(jù)試驗汽車的動力性能,研究上坡路段不限長度的最大縱坡值。分別從上坡時是否考慮風(fēng)速對汽車的影響、駕駛員是否考慮換擋、汽車的坡頂速度三個方面研究上坡路段的坡長限制值,然后對不同情況下的坡長限制值進行比例修正,最終確定上坡路段的坡長限制值。根據(jù)試驗汽車的制動性能,研究下坡路段不限長度的最大縱坡值,研究制動鼓溫度模型,根據(jù)制動鼓溫度升高的不同情況,研究下坡路段坡長的限制值。最后根據(jù)研究的結(jié)果,分別提出高速公路分離式斷面上坡路段和下坡路段的坡長限制值。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's road transport industry has spent 20 to 30 years to achieve the developed countries 30 to 40 years of development level, to achieve a leapfrog development. However, there is a serious imbalance in the development of road traffic in our country. Due to the limitation of terrain conditions, the development of the western mountainous areas lags far behind the eastern coastal areas. Construction of traffic infrastructure is still the most important task in the strategy of western development, and the construction of highway network encryption is urgent. In the western mountainous area part of the terrain is especially complex section, if the highway is still using integral section, it will inevitably lead to large excavation, damage to the environment, and even reduce the linear index. In view of this phenomenon, the separated cross section which can adapt to the terrain emerges as the times require. The separated section can not only reduce the engineering cost, protect the environment, but also improve the alignment index of highway. At present, when separate sections are built in our country, the maximum slope length is not clearly given in the standard, so the limit value of slope length of integral section is usually used directly, but the influence of uphill and downhill on automobile is different. It is not reasonable to use the slope length of integral section directly. Therefore, the study on the limit value of the length of the long longitudinal slope of the split cross section, the uphill and downhill conditions should be studied separately, which is more suitable for the actual driving condition of the automobile. Based on the investigation and analysis of Dongfeng EQ5208XXY2 van truck, the dynamic performance and braking performance of the vehicle are studied respectively. According to the dynamic performance of the test vehicle, the maximum longitudinal slope value of the unlimited length of the uphill section is studied. This paper studies the slope length limitation value of uphill road from three aspects: whether the wind speed is taken into account the influence of the wind speed on the vehicle, whether the driver considers the shift and the car slope top speed, and then carries on the proportional revision to the slope length limit value under different conditions. Finally, the limit value of slope length is determined. According to the braking performance of the test vehicle, the maximum longitudinal slope value of the downhill section is studied, the temperature model of the brake drum is studied, and the limit value of the slope length of the downhill section is studied according to the different conditions of increasing the brake drum temperature. Finally, according to the results of the study, the limit values of the slope length of the separated section of expressway are put forward respectively.
