斜拉橋施工監(jiān)控效果綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:在橋梁建設(shè)過程中,施工監(jiān)控是控制工程進(jìn)度和工程質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵步驟,而橋梁施工監(jiān)控效果的評(píng)估能有效地評(píng)估某一施工階段監(jiān)控效果的好壞,從而及時(shí)地改良和調(diào)整監(jiān)控方法,使接下來的施工階段監(jiān)控效果更好,進(jìn)而能使整座橋梁的成橋效果達(dá)到預(yù)期的設(shè)想,因此顯得至關(guān)重要。然而當(dāng)前對(duì)施工監(jiān)控效果的評(píng)估往往過分依賴個(gè)人經(jīng)驗(yàn),只是給出一個(gè)籠統(tǒng)的定性的評(píng)估結(jié)果,還不夠精確、科學(xué)。為了對(duì)斜拉橋施工監(jiān)控效果進(jìn)行科學(xué)有效的評(píng)估,作者新提出了改進(jìn)的層次分析法(IAHP),并且根據(jù)斜拉橋施工監(jiān)控的一般內(nèi)容建立了斜拉橋施工監(jiān)控效果綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系。接著,在實(shí)際工程數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,利用該綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系對(duì)貴州六沖河特大斜拉橋以及九江長(zhǎng)江二橋進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)估。本文采用改進(jìn)層次分析法(IAHP)進(jìn)行斜拉橋施工監(jiān)控效果綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系中各個(gè)指標(biāo)權(quán)重的確定,接著采用基于IAHP的模糊綜合評(píng)估法并根據(jù)等級(jí)評(píng)定準(zhǔn)則對(duì)各個(gè)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評(píng)級(jí)打分,評(píng)估等級(jí)劃分為優(yōu)、良、一般、差、壞五級(jí),對(duì)應(yīng)著不同的分值區(qū)間,通過分析計(jì)算可以得出斜拉橋施工監(jiān)控效果的總評(píng)分值,從而較為直觀地體現(xiàn)斜拉橋施工監(jiān)控效果的好壞程度。本文中作者根據(jù)工程實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)以及專家評(píng)估意見,并通過研究計(jì)算對(duì)兩個(gè)工程實(shí)例的施工監(jiān)控效果進(jìn)行了評(píng)估打分,得出的結(jié)果與專業(yè)評(píng)估小組的結(jié)果相近,從而有效的驗(yàn)證了斜拉橋施工監(jiān)控效果綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系的科學(xué)性以及實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:In the process of bridge construction, construction monitoring is the key step to control the progress and quality of the project, and the evaluation of the bridge construction monitoring effect can effectively evaluate the quality of the monitoring effect in a certain construction stage. Therefore, it is very important to improve and adjust the monitoring method in time, to make the monitoring effect better in the following construction stage, and then to make the bridge effect of the whole bridge reach the expected assumption. However, the evaluation of construction monitoring effect often relies too much on personal experience. It is not accurate and scientific to give a general qualitative evaluation result. In order to evaluate the construction monitoring effect of cable-stayed bridge scientifically and effectively, the author puts forward the improved Analytic hierarchy process (IAHP),) method and establishes the comprehensive evaluation system of the cable-stayed bridge construction monitoring effect according to the general content of the cable-stayed bridge construction monitoring and control. Then, on the basis of the actual engineering data, the comprehensive evaluation system is used to evaluate the large cable-stayed bridge of Liuchong River and the second Bridge of Jiujiang Yangtze River in Guizhou province. In this paper, the improved Analytic hierarchy process (IAHP) is used to determine the weight of each index in the comprehensive evaluation system of cable-stayed bridge construction monitoring effect. Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on IAHP is used to grade each index according to the criterion of grade evaluation. The evaluation grade is classified as excellent, good, general, bad and bad, corresponding to different value intervals. Through the analysis and calculation, the total score value of the construction monitoring effect of the cable-stayed bridge can be obtained, thus the degree of the construction monitoring effect of the cable-stayed bridge can be more intuitively reflected. In this paper, according to the actual engineering data and the expert evaluation opinion, and through the research and calculation, the author evaluates the construction monitoring effect of two engineering examples, and the result is similar to that of the professional evaluation team. Thus it effectively verifies the scientificity and practicability of the comprehensive evaluation system for the construction monitoring effect of cable-stayed bridge.
