【摘要】：為更為準(zhǔn)確地確定SMA混合料最佳瀝青用量,利用CT技術(shù)識別SMA混合料各組分內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)特征,分析SMA混合料的馬歇爾設(shè)計方法中主要體積參數(shù)與其內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)各組分特征的關(guān)系,考慮混合料內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)均勻性,建立SMA混合料最佳瀝青用量確定方法,并選用3種混合料類型(SMA-13、SMA-16和SMA-20)對該方法的有效性進行驗證.結(jié)果表明,基于CT技術(shù)獲取不同瀝青用量條件下的SMA混合料空隙率可以較好地表征通過密度試驗所得SMA混合料空隙率,并以此分析計算得到的間隙率和飽和度與馬歇爾體積設(shè)計方法中的差值平均值分別為0.35%和1.45%;采用建立的最佳瀝青用量確定方法與根據(jù)現(xiàn)行馬歇爾設(shè)計方法分析得到的SMA-13、SMA-16和SMA-20三種混合料最佳瀝青用量差值分別為0.08%、0.18%和0.15%,表明了該方法的有效性.
[Abstract]:In order to determine the best asphalt content of SMA mixture more accurately, the internal structural characteristics of each component of SMA mixture are identified by CT technology, and the relationship between the main volume parameters of SMA mixture and the characteristics of each component of internal structure in Marshall design method of SMA mixture is analyzed. Considering the homogeneity of the internal structure of the mixture, the method of determining the optimum asphalt content of SMA mixture is established, and the validity of the method is verified by three kinds of mixture types (SMA-13,SMA-16 and SMA-20). The results show that the voidage of SMA mixture with different asphalt content can be obtained by CT technology, and the porosity of SMA mixture obtained by density test can be well characterized. The average value of the difference between the clearance rate and saturation and the Marshall volume design method is 0.35% and 1.45% respectively, and the optimum asphalt content is determined by the established method and analyzed according to the current Marshall design method. The difference between the optimum asphalt content of SMA-13,SMA-16 and SMA-20 is 0.08% and 0.15% respectively, which shows the effectiveness of this method.
