極端氣候與荷載對瀝青路面的綜合影響研究

【摘要】:新疆地區(qū)氣候與交通條件具有自身的特點,我國現(xiàn)行的設(shè)計與施工規(guī)范缺少針對該地區(qū)氣候特點的考慮。傳統(tǒng)瀝青混合料性能的實驗室研究大都是基于單一氣候或荷載因素影響下的性能模擬,對環(huán)境和荷載綜合作用的模擬較為有限。特別是在極端溫度條件和重載作用下,瀝青路面會加速破壞。為此,需要在新疆地區(qū)瀝青路面溫度場和交通荷載參數(shù)基礎(chǔ)上,揭示新疆特有的環(huán)境條件下的瀝青路面破壞規(guī)律,從而為新疆地區(qū)瀝青路面建設(shè)提供借鑒。首先需要持續(xù)地實測新疆地區(qū)的氣候、交通荷載基本參數(shù),以獲得連續(xù)的溫度、交通荷載數(shù)據(jù)。為此,本項目首次開發(fā)了路面溫度場、交通荷載的連續(xù)自動測量技術(shù),選定了阿塔公路代表路段,安裝氣候、交通荷載參數(shù)的連續(xù)測定裝置,在采集數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)軟件進一步進行數(shù)據(jù)處理分析。利用有限元通用程序ANSYS進行溫度場數(shù)值模擬。并開發(fā)了基于壓力傳感器的輪跡分布監(jiān)測裝置,可以精確測量輪跡分布的空間分布情況,研究輪跡沿道路橫向的分布規(guī)律。在新疆地區(qū)瀝青路面溫度場和交通荷載參數(shù)基礎(chǔ)上,進行新疆地區(qū)瀝青路面力學(xué)分析和性能預(yù)估,以評價新疆地區(qū)瀝青路面溫度、荷載耦合作用下的瀝青路面破壞規(guī)律。最后針對具體的極端氣候和荷載條件,從混合料設(shè)計評價指標(biāo)、原材料選擇、瀝青混合料配合比設(shè)計、路面結(jié)構(gòu)組合設(shè)計以及施工工藝、工程質(zhì)量控制以及運營管理等多方面采取措施,全面提高瀝青路面使用性能。本項目研究極端氣候與荷載對瀝青路面的影響,有助于了解瀝青路面在綜合作用下的衰變規(guī)律,從而改進設(shè)計與施工方法,提高新疆地區(qū)瀝青路面使用性能與壽命。在當(dāng)前新疆地區(qū)公路建設(shè)快速發(fā)展的背景下,研究新疆地區(qū)氣候與交通條件對瀝青路面的影響具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:The climate and traffic conditions in Xinjiang have their own characteristics, and the current design and construction codes in China lack consideration for the climatic characteristics of the region. The traditional laboratory research of asphalt mixture performance is mostly based on the performance simulation under the influence of a single climate or load factor, but the simulation of the comprehensive effect of environment and load is relatively limited. Especially under extreme temperature conditions and heavy load, asphalt pavement will accelerate damage. Therefore, based on the temperature field and traffic load parameters of asphalt pavement in Xinjiang region, it is necessary to reveal the law of asphalt pavement damage under the unique environmental conditions in Xinjiang, so as to provide reference for the construction of asphalt pavement in Xinjiang area. In order to obtain the continuous data of temperature and traffic load, it is necessary to continuously measure the climate and basic parameters of traffic load in Xinjiang. Therefore, for the first time, this project has developed the continuous automatic measurement technology of road surface temperature field and traffic load, selected the representative section of Ata Highway, installed the continuous measuring device of climate and traffic load parameters. On the basis of collecting data, the software is developed for further data processing and analysis. The numerical simulation of temperature field is carried out by using finite element general program ANSYS. A wheel track monitoring device based on pressure sensor is developed, which can accurately measure the spatial distribution of the wheel track distribution and study the lateral distribution of the wheel track along the road. On the basis of temperature field and traffic load parameters of asphalt pavement in Xinjiang area, the mechanical analysis and performance prediction of asphalt pavement in Xinjiang area are carried out to evaluate the asphalt pavement failure law under the action of temperature and load coupling in Xinjiang area. Finally, according to the specific extreme climate and load conditions, from the mixture design evaluation index, raw material selection, asphalt mixture ratio design, pavement structure combination design and construction technology, Measures should be taken to improve the performance of asphalt pavement in engineering quality control and operation management. This project studies the influence of extreme weather and load on asphalt pavement, which is helpful to understand the decay law of asphalt pavement under the comprehensive action, so as to improve the design and construction method and improve the performance and service life of asphalt pavement in Xinjiang area. Under the background of the rapid development of highway construction in Xinjiang area, it is of great practical significance to study the influence of climate and traffic conditions on asphalt pavement in Xinjiang.
