【摘要】：近年來(lái),由于國(guó)家政府的大力支持,推出很多宏觀政策促進(jìn)了我國(guó)公路建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展。但是在公路建設(shè)過(guò)程中仍然存在著公路工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目造價(jià)不合理現(xiàn)象,這些現(xiàn)象不僅不能很好地控制公路建設(shè)的質(zhì)量,而且制約著我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,因此對(duì)公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目工程造價(jià)控制進(jìn)行研究和管理具有十分重要的研究意義。本文以德商公路建設(shè)工程造價(jià)控制為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)我國(guó)公路工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況,探討了我國(guó)公路工程造價(jià)控制的特點(diǎn)和對(duì)所處環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析。通過(guò)分析研究工程造價(jià)相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合德商公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際建設(shè)情況,對(duì)公路工程造價(jià)控制的項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)階段和項(xiàng)目實(shí)施階段進(jìn)行了分析。針對(duì)公路建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)路線方案,在項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)階段,通過(guò)計(jì)算投資估算和各項(xiàng)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)該階段的造價(jià)控制進(jìn)行了分析評(píng)價(jià)；對(duì)于項(xiàng)目實(shí)施階段,主要對(duì)影響實(shí)施階段造價(jià)的因素、實(shí)施方案和控制方法進(jìn)行了分析,并提出了實(shí)施階段工程造價(jià)控制措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the strong support of the national government, many macro policies have promoted the rapid development of highway construction in China. However, in the process of highway construction, there are still some unreasonable phenomena in the cost of highway construction project. These phenomena can not only control the quality of highway construction, but also restrict the development of market economy in our country. Therefore, it is of great significance to study and manage the cost control of highway construction project. This paper takes the cost control of highway construction in Germany and Shang as the research object, according to the actual situation of the highway construction project in China, discusses the characteristics of the cost control of highway engineering in our country and analyzes the environment in which it is located. By analyzing and studying the theory of engineering cost and combining with the actual construction situation of the highway construction project in Germany and Shang Dynasty, the project design stage and project implementation stage of highway engineering cost control are analyzed. In view of the construction route scheme of highway construction project, the cost control in this stage is analyzed and evaluated by calculating investment estimation and economic index evaluation in the stage of project design. This paper mainly analyzes the factors affecting the construction cost in the implementation stage, the implementation scheme and the control method, and puts forward the control measures of the engineering cost in the implementation stage.
