低粘度Terminal Blend廢膠粉改性瀝青研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)廢膠粉改性瀝青因粘度較大,施工和易性差故其應(yīng)用受到一定限制。同為濕法工藝的Terminal Blend(TB)是采用高溫高速剪切分散工藝,使膠粉在瀝青中脫硫和解聚,而顯著降低結(jié)合料粘度(177℃粘度低于1.5Pa·s)的一種廢膠粉改性瀝青新技術(shù)。由于國(guó)際上尚未形成統(tǒng)一規(guī)范,目前中國(guó)對(duì)這兩種粘度顯著不同的膠粉改性瀝青概念和工程應(yīng)用認(rèn)識(shí)尚不充分。通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)回顧,對(duì)廢膠粉改性瀝青及其應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了綜述,重點(diǎn)介紹了TB技術(shù)的研究進(jìn)展。
