旅游觀光輕軌橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與分析

【摘要】:旅游觀光輕軌橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)是一種新型的軌道橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)型式。目前這類(lèi)軌道結(jié)構(gòu)土建及機(jī)電設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)安裝通常由廠家全部負(fù)責(zé),按企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行。尤其是土建結(jié)構(gòu)部分,設(shè)計(jì)施工沒(méi)有特定的國(guó)家統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求,因此有必要對(duì)旅游觀光輕軌橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的計(jì)算和分析作深入研究。本文在深入研究跨座式單軌交通以及大型游樂(lè)設(shè)施等結(jié)構(gòu)已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,首先簡(jiǎn)述了旅游觀光輕軌橋梁的發(fā)展歷程,接著從旅游觀光輕軌橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)體系、構(gòu)造及選擇依據(jù)入手,結(jié)合工程實(shí)際,深入研究分析了旅游觀光輕軌橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則和指標(biāo)要求,最后給出了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的靜動(dòng)力測(cè)試和監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果。經(jīng)過(guò)本分析,得到以下主要結(jié)論:1、旅游觀光輕軌橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)通常采用環(huán)形鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系,一要適應(yīng)小半徑、大縱坡的結(jié)構(gòu)要求,二要適應(yīng)景區(qū)景觀及城市管網(wǎng)的場(chǎng)地要求,橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的上部軌道梁、下部墩柱、基礎(chǔ)及連接部分構(gòu)造的選擇需要仔細(xì)斟酌比選。2、對(duì)于橋窄跨長(zhǎng)的旅游觀光輕軌橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)而言,強(qiáng)度計(jì)算雖仍采用較為保守的容許應(yīng)力法,但往往不控制設(shè)計(jì)。而橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的縱橫向剛度、頻率及穩(wěn)定性指標(biāo)通常是結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的控制性因素。結(jié)構(gòu)的一階振型主要以主梁側(cè)彎為主,橫向的剛度問(wèn)題往往控制設(shè)計(jì)。結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生豎彎主要集中在第四~六階,幾乎沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)第一階基頻產(chǎn)生豎彎的情況,這與常規(guī)橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的受力模態(tài)有較大差異。3、旅游觀光輕軌橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)靜動(dòng)力測(cè)試與監(jiān)測(cè)內(nèi)容包括橋跨結(jié)構(gòu)在靜荷載作用下應(yīng)力、撓度以及在動(dòng)荷載作用下的加速度、自振頻率、沖擊系數(shù)、阻尼比等方面的內(nèi)容,通過(guò)測(cè)試,可以達(dá)到全面評(píng)價(jià)橋跨結(jié)構(gòu)工作性能的目的。4、針對(duì)旅游觀光輕軌橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn),還提出了一些改進(jìn)建議:(1)在箱梁頂板優(yōu)先選用耐候鋼,以解決頂板因磨滑而產(chǎn)生的耐久性問(wèn)題;(2)給出了提高輪軌在大坡段抗滑能力的措施;(3)從人性化設(shè)計(jì)角度出發(fā),建議在軌道兩側(cè)一定范圍內(nèi)設(shè)置緊急疏散通道,給旅游觀光輕軌列車(chē)的后續(xù)研究工作提供了良好的思路和切入點(diǎn),有利促進(jìn)旅游觀光列車(chē)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Tourist light rail bridge structure is a new type of rail bridge structure. At present, the design and installation of this kind of track structure and mechanical and electrical equipment are usually the responsibility of the manufacturer, according to the enterprise standards. Especially in the part of civil structure, there is no specific national uniform standard and requirement in design and construction, so it is necessary to study the calculation and analysis of the bridge structure of tourism light rail. On the basis of deep research on the structure of straddle monorail transportation and large amusement facilities, this paper firstly introduces the development course of tourism light rail bridge, and then from the structure system of tourism light rail bridge. On the basis of construction and selection, combined with the engineering practice, the design criteria and index requirements of the bridge structure of tourism light rail are studied and analyzed in depth. Finally, the static and dynamic test and monitoring results of the bridge structure on site are given. Through this analysis, the main conclusions are as follows: 1. The bridge structure of tourism and sightseeing light rail usually adopts ring steel structure system. Firstly, it should adapt to the structural requirements of small radius and large longitudinal slope, and second, it should adapt to the site requirements of scenic spots and urban pipe networks. The selection of the upper track beam, the lower pier column, the foundation and the connecting part of the bridge structure needs careful consideration and comparison. 2. For the bridge structure with narrow span, the strength calculation still adopts the conservative allowable stress method. But often do not control the design. The longitudinal and horizontal stiffness, frequency and stability of bridge structure are usually the controlling factors of structural design. The first-order vibration mode of the structure is mainly the lateral bending of the main beam, and the lateral stiffness problem often controls the design. The vertical bending of the structure is mainly concentrated in the fourth to sixth order, and there is almost no vertical bending of the first fundamental frequency. This is quite different from the stress modes of the conventional bridge structure. 3. The static and dynamic test and monitoring contents of the tourist light rail bridge structure include the stress, deflection and acceleration of the bridge span structure under the static load, the deflection and the acceleration under the dynamic load. The contents of the natural vibration frequency, impact coefficient, damping ratio and so on can achieve the purpose of comprehensively evaluating the working performance of the bridge span structure through testing. 4, aiming at the characteristics of the tourist light rail bridge structure, Some improvement suggestions are also put forward: (1) the weathering steel is preferred in the roof of box girder to solve the durability problem of roof caused by wear and slip; (2) the measures to improve the skid resistance of wheel / rail in large slope are given; (3) from the point of view of humanized design, It is suggested that emergency evacuation channels should be set up within a certain range on both sides of the track, which provides a good train of thought and a breakthrough point for the further study of the tourism light rail train, and is beneficial to the development of the tourist train.
