老城區(qū)現(xiàn)有道路綜合管廊與高架路建設(shè)相結(jié)合案例

【摘要】:以贛州市文明大道綜合管廊工程為例,對(duì)老城區(qū)現(xiàn)有道路建設(shè)地下綜合管廊的難點(diǎn)、必要性、施工方法、斷面型式以及與高架路相結(jié)合的同步實(shí)施方案進(jìn)行了分析論證。老城區(qū)現(xiàn)有道路在具備開挖條件的路段,為縮短工程工期,降低對(duì)地面交通的影響,推薦采用明挖預(yù)制拼裝法施工,局部路口處或其他開挖難度大的路段采用頂進(jìn)法。采用預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋混凝土圓管涵作預(yù)制管廊本體,受力條件好,預(yù)制件加工精度能夠保證,拼裝技術(shù)可靠。綜合管廊與高架路工程同步實(shí)施,可節(jié)約地下空間,減少二次開挖影響,加快施工進(jìn)度。
[Abstract]:Taking the comprehensive pipe gallery project of Ganzhou City Wencheng Avenue as an example, this paper analyzes and demonstrates the difficulties, necessity, construction method, section type and synchronous implementation scheme of the existing road construction in the old urban area combined with the viaduct. In order to shorten the construction period and reduce the influence on the ground traffic, the prefabricated assembly method is recommended for the construction of the existing roads in the old urban area, and the jacking method is adopted at local intersections or other sections of roads where excavation is difficult. The prestressed reinforced concrete pipe culvert is used as the prefabricated pipe gallery body, the stress condition is good, the machining precision of prefabricated parts can be guaranteed, and the assembling technology is reliable. The implementation of integrated pipe gallery and viaduct project simultaneously can save underground space, reduce the influence of secondary excavation, and accelerate the construction progress.
