乳化瀝青冷再生混合料動(dòng)靜模量相關(guān)性

【摘要】:為了研究乳化瀝青冷再生混合料動(dòng)靜態(tài)特性之間的相關(guān)性,采用UTM-25和MTS-810試驗(yàn)機(jī)進(jìn)行了4種不同類型乳化瀝青冷再生混合料的動(dòng)態(tài)模量和抗壓回彈模量試驗(yàn);跁r(shí)溫等效原理,通過非線性最小二乘法擬合得到再生混合料動(dòng)態(tài)模量主曲線,開展了動(dòng)態(tài)模量關(guān)鍵影響因素溫度、頻率、圍壓、水泥添加劑和新集料的方差分析。結(jié)合參考溫度15℃和20℃時(shí)的動(dòng)態(tài)模量主曲線,分析了乳化瀝青冷再生混合料抗壓回彈模量與動(dòng)態(tài)模量主曲線頻率之間的對應(yīng)關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明規(guī)劃求解函數(shù)可確定乳化瀝青冷再生混合料的動(dòng)態(tài)模量主曲線。溫度和頻率對動(dòng)態(tài)模量影響顯著,而圍壓影響不顯著,水泥和新集料對動(dòng)態(tài)模量在低頻(高溫)條件下影響顯著,而在高頻(低溫)條件下影響不顯著。乳化瀝青冷再生混合料15℃抗壓回彈模量對應(yīng)的動(dòng)態(tài)模量主曲線頻率為0.01~0.04 Hz,20℃抗壓回彈模量對應(yīng)的頻率為0.01~0.5 Hz。
[Abstract]:In order to study the correlation between dynamic and static characteristics of cold recycled asphalt mixture, dynamic modulus and compressive resilience modulus of four different types of cold recycled asphalt mixture were tested by UTM-25 and MTS-810 test machine.
