【摘要】：出租車是城市公共交通系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分。其“招手即�！钡哪Ｊ綖榉奖愠丝推鹆撕艽笞饔�,給人們的出行帶來很大的便利,但與此同時也產(chǎn)生了許多問題,比如空駛率居高不下,增加成本支出,同時也增加了道路擁堵。除此之外,諸如駕駛員勞動強度大、偏遠地區(qū)打車難、疲勞駕駛,汽車尾氣排放加劇,對空氣質(zhì)量造成影響等等,均是由于“招手即停”、“掃馬路”式運營方式帶來的問題。針對上述問題,本文引入了通過“車載信息服務(wù)”來解決這些問題的思路。車載信息服務(wù)(Telematics)又稱為車載遠程信息處理。它由Telecommun--ication(遠程通信)與Informatics(信息、情報)所組成,車載信息服務(wù)應(yīng)用計算機、衛(wèi)星定位、通信、傳感等技術(shù),通過與汽車交換信息,向駕駛員和乘客提供交通信息、道路救援、遠程診斷、信息和娛樂服務(wù)。車載信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)也是智能交通的一個重要的子系統(tǒng)。有了車載信息服務(wù),汽車將不再是孤立的單元,而是成為活動的網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點。車載信息系統(tǒng)在車內(nèi)可以構(gòu)成獨立的網(wǎng)絡(luò),同時它也是世界網(wǎng)絡(luò)的一個節(jié)點,因此可以提供許多相應(yīng)的服務(wù)。從計算機領(lǐng)域看,汽車車載信息系統(tǒng)是一個移動的計算平臺。汽車不僅從外部獲取交通信息,也將成為信息的提供者。目前,針對出租車推出的車載信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)主要是出租車GPS服務(wù)系統(tǒng)和打車軟件服務(wù)系統(tǒng),現(xiàn)仍處于試行和推廣階段。本文主要進行了以下幾方面的工作：1.對出租車GPS服務(wù)系統(tǒng)進行了研究。從該系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)支持、工作原理、服務(wù)項目幾個方面進行分析,并到寧夏銀川市出租車GPS控制中心學習考察,理論基礎(chǔ)結(jié)合實踐經(jīng)歷對該系統(tǒng)進行了全方位的研究,客觀地分析了該系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)勢和不足。2.對打車軟件服務(wù)系統(tǒng)進行了研究。通過對打車軟件的發(fā)展歷程、工作原理、使用程序進行分析研究,并自己親測該系統(tǒng),從而客觀分析出打車軟件的利弊。3.以能否解決我國出租車行業(yè)所面臨的問題為標準,將這兩種信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)所展現(xiàn)的特點進行綜合比對,推出更完善、更科學的出租車服務(wù)系統(tǒng),其中包括：增設(shè)出租車合乘服務(wù)平臺,配置車載廣告屏,增設(shè)愛心援助系統(tǒng)三個更新；將打車軟件整合到車載系統(tǒng),改進打車軟件司機端搶單規(guī)則以及禁止“黑車”三項改進措施；保留各自優(yōu)勢強強聯(lián)合打造三項優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Taxi is an important part of urban public transportation system. Its "wave and stop" model has played a great role in facilitating passengers, bringing great convenience to people's travel, but at the same time, it has also produced many problems, such as high vacancy rate and increased cost and expenditure. It also increases road congestion. In addition, such as the heavy labor intensity of drivers, the difficulty of driving in remote areas, fatigue driving, increasing vehicle exhaust emissions, the impact on air quality and so on, are all due to the problems caused by "waving and stopping" and "sweeping the road" mode of operation. In view of the above problems, this paper introduces the train of thought to solve these problems through "vehicle Information Service". Vehicle information service (Telematics) is also known as vehicle remote information processing. It is composed of Telecommun--ication (remote communication) and Informatics (information, intelligence). The vehicle information service application computer, satellite positioning, communication, sensing and other technologies, through the exchange of information with cars, to provide traffic information to drivers and passengers, road rescue, Remote diagnostics, information and entertainment services. Vehicle information service system is also an important subsystem of intelligent transportation. With on-board information services, the car will no longer be an isolated unit, but an active network node. Vehicle information system can form an independent network in the vehicle, and it is also a node of the world network, so it can provide many corresponding services. From the computer field, the vehicle-mounted information system is a mobile computing platform. The automobile not only obtains the traffic information from the outside, but also becomes the information provider. At present, the on-board information service system for taxi is mainly taxi GPS service system and taxi hailing software service system, which is still in the stage of trial and promotion. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. The GPS service system of taxi is studied. This paper analyzes the technical support, working principle and service items of the system, and studies the system in Yinchuan taxi GPS control center in Ningxia. The advantages and disadvantages of the system are analyzed objectively. 2. The software service system of ride-hailing is studied. By analyzing the development course, working principle and using program of the ride-hailing software and testing the system itself, the advantages and disadvantages of the ride-hailing software are analyzed objectively. 3. Based on whether we can solve the problems faced by the taxi industry in our country, the characteristics of these two information service systems are comprehensively compared and a more perfect and scientific taxi service system is developed. These include: the addition of a taxi ride service platform, the provision of on-board advertising screens, and the addition of three updates to the love aid system; and the integration of the taxi hailing software into the on-board system. Improve the driver order rules and ban the "black car" three improvements; retain their own advantages and combine to build three quality services.
