水鴨田特大橋懸臂施工關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究與實(shí)踐

【摘要】:近年來(lái),大跨度混凝土連續(xù)梁橋所采用的施工方法絕大多數(shù)是懸臂澆筑法。懸臂施工具有其他施工方法所不具備的優(yōu)點(diǎn),越來(lái)越受到人們的關(guān)注。懸臂施工方法在施工每一節(jié)段時(shí),都要經(jīng)過(guò)掛籃走行、模板標(biāo)高的調(diào)整、澆注混凝土、張拉預(yù)應(yīng)力筋這幾個(gè)過(guò)程。如此復(fù)雜龐大的過(guò)程要想順利完成,交付使用,對(duì)于每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都不允許出現(xiàn)差錯(cuò)。本文以水鴨田特大橋?yàn)楣こ瘫尘?針對(duì)此橋的特點(diǎn),運(yùn)用數(shù)值分析軟件對(duì)澆筑過(guò)程中的菱形掛籃及0#塊托架,進(jìn)行了建模。通過(guò)分析工況,確定了受力的最不利狀態(tài),并在最不利狀態(tài)下,驗(yàn)算了其強(qiáng)度、剛度和穩(wěn)定性,保證了施工中的安全性。此外,制定了詳細(xì)且具有可操作性的線形控制方案,在線形控制實(shí)施過(guò)程中,針對(duì)混凝土容重這一重要參數(shù),運(yùn)用最小二乘法對(duì)其進(jìn)行了估計(jì),減小了參數(shù)不準(zhǔn)確帶來(lái)的誤差。其次,對(duì)施工過(guò)程中影響線形的主要參數(shù):混凝土容重、預(yù)應(yīng)力的大小、混凝土的彈性模量進(jìn)行了定量分析。水鴨田特大橋最終順利合龍,合龍精度達(dá)到5mm,線形平順,滿足規(guī)范要求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, most of the construction methods of long-span concrete continuous beam bridge are cantilever pouring method. Cantilever construction has been paid more and more attention because of its advantages that other construction methods do not. The cantilever construction method in each section must go through the steps of hanging basket adjusting the elevation of formwork pouring concrete and tensioning prestressed tendons. For such a complex and large process to be completed successfully, the delivery of each link is not allowed to go wrong. In this paper, based on the engineering background of Waterduck Field Bridge, according to the characteristics of the bridge, a numerical analysis software is used to model the diamond hanging basket and the block bracket of 0# in the process of pouring. Through the analysis of the working conditions, the most unfavorable state of the force is determined, and its strength, stiffness and stability are checked and calculated under the most disadvantageous condition, thus ensuring the safety in the construction. In addition, a detailed and operable linear control scheme is developed. In the process of linear control, the least square method is used to estimate the concrete bulk density, which reduces the error caused by the inaccuracy of the parameters. Secondly, quantitative analysis is made on the main parameters that affect the alignment in the construction process: the bulk density of concrete, the size of prestress, and the elastic modulus of concrete. The watery Yatian Bridge is finally closed smoothly, with a precision of 5 mm and a smooth alignment to meet the requirements of the specifications.
