【摘要】：研究目的:近年來,在我國西北、東北等高緯度季節(jié)凍土區(qū),短隧道或長隧道洞口段冬季襯砌開裂、春融期滲漏水等病害時(shí)有出現(xiàn),嚴(yán)重影響隧道結(jié)構(gòu)和列車運(yùn)營安全。本文以東北地區(qū)某鐵路線ZEST隧道為例,采用現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)、數(shù)值模擬等手段研究案例隧道冬季洞口段襯砌開裂、春融期滲漏水的發(fā)生機(jī)理,比較不同整治措施后,提出適合該類隧道病害的整治措施。研究結(jié)論:(1)隧址區(qū)每年冰凍期約5個(gè)月,極端溫度年較差60℃以上,年平均氣溫2℃,屬典型季節(jié)凍土區(qū);(2)襯砌開裂段主要穿過粉質(zhì)黏土層,含水率大,襯砌開裂主要由圍巖凍脹力荷載作用所致;(3)建議采用噴涂12~13 cm厚保溫層+防火砂漿,水溝中鋪設(shè)電伴熱電纜,并對(duì)既有損傷襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行錨桿補(bǔ)強(qiáng)和對(duì)襯砌裂縫進(jìn)行環(huán)氧樹脂嵌補(bǔ)處理的整治措施;(4)從隧道病害整治效果來看,本文提出的整治措施效果顯著,襯砌開裂、春融期滲漏水等問題得以解決。
[Abstract]:Research purpose: in recent years, in the high latitude frozen soil regions such as northwest and northeast of China, short tunnel or long tunnel entrance section in winter lining cracking, spring thaw period leakage and other diseases occur, which seriously affect the tunnel structure and train operation safety. Taking the ZEST tunnel of a railway line in Northeast China as an example, this paper studies the mechanism of tunnel lining cracking and leakage in spring melting period by means of field test and numerical simulation. The treatment measures suitable for this kind of tunnel diseases are put forward.
