泡沫溫拌再生瀝青抗疲勞性能

【摘要】:為了研究回收瀝青摻量對泡沫溫拌再生瀝青抗疲勞性能的影響,采用三大指標(biāo)試驗、動態(tài)剪切流變試驗和掃描電鏡試驗,測試了不同回收瀝青摻量下的泡沫溫拌再生瀝青抗疲勞性能的變化。試驗結(jié)果表明:隨著回收瀝青摻量的增加,泡沫溫拌再生瀝青的疲勞因子和極限疲勞溫度值逐漸增大,疲勞壽命值不斷減小,抗疲勞性能不斷變差;當(dāng)回收瀝青摻量大于等于60%(質(zhì)量分數(shù))時,泡沫溫拌再生瀝青的抗疲勞能力顯著變差。回收瀝青使泡沫溫拌再生瀝青的表面由光滑細膩逐漸變?yōu)榍逦鸟薨?剛性增強。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of recycled asphalt content on the fatigue resistance of recycled foam asphalt, three index tests, dynamic shear rheological test and scanning electron microscope test were used. The change of fatigue resistance of foam warm-mixed recycled asphalt with different content of recycled asphalt was tested. The experimental results show that the fatigue factor and limit fatigue temperature of the recycled foam asphalt increase gradually with the increase of the amount of recycled asphalt, the fatigue life value decreases and the fatigue resistance performance becomes worse. When the content of recycled asphalt is more than 60% (mass fraction), the fatigue resistance of foam warm mix recycled asphalt becomes worse. The recovered asphalt makes the surface of the foam warm-mixed recycled asphalt gradually change from smooth and fine to clear fold and strengthen the rigidity.
