高速公路拓寬工程差異沉降及處治技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:新世紀(jì)以來,伴隨著公路交通量的大幅度增長,一些高速公路的通行能力已經(jīng)不能滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的需求,嚴(yán)重阻礙了區(qū)域間經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。因此必須對部分高速公路進(jìn)行拓寬改建。相關(guān)規(guī)范對高速公路改擴(kuò)建工程只作了一些簡潔的說明以及對加寬路基作了一些原則上的規(guī)定,工作人員只能憑借以往的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行工作。因此必須深入研究高速公路拓寬工程的相關(guān)情況,其中新-老路基的差異沉降是主要研究的方向。徐州至明光高速公路江蘇段的睢寧西樞紐拓寬工程采用異型單喇叭的樞紐型式,與寧宿徐高速成T形交叉,存在局部拼接,包括:定向匝道、單向單車道匝道和對向雙車道匝道。在調(diào)查和初步分析了高速公路改擴(kuò)建工程存在的問題與相關(guān)處治技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,依托睢寧西樞紐拓寬工程,建立有限元分析模型,分析不同因素對拓寬路基差異沉降的影響。因素主要包括:拓寬方式及寬度、拓寬路基的填筑高度、新-老路基的模量差異、新-老地基不同的固結(jié)程度。為了減小新-老路基的差異沉降,提出了對老路基進(jìn)行削坡與臺階開挖和鋪設(shè)土工格室技術(shù)措施。通過研究分析與總結(jié)并得出:對比雙側(cè)拓寬與單側(cè)拓寬,認(rèn)為雙側(cè)拓寬更有優(yōu)勢;路基填筑高度或者寬度的增加,對新-老路基的差異沉降和路基坡腳水平位移具有較大的影響;新路基彈性模量的改變對新-老路基的最大差異沉降值的影響規(guī)律;對比新-老地基不同的固結(jié)程度差異對新-老路基的差異沉降和坡腳的水平位移影響規(guī)律;老路基在1:1.25坡度削坡情況下按80cm高、100cm寬來開挖臺階是比較合理的,然后在新路基底部和路床底部分別鋪設(shè)一層土工格室,可以更好的降低新-老路基的差異沉降,提高新-老路基的穩(wěn)定性;另外,在新-老路基不均勻沉降工況下分析了老路面開挖臺階的寬度對新-老路面結(jié)構(gòu)的受力影響,結(jié)果表明臺階開挖寬度為60cm是比較合理的。
[Abstract]:Since the new century, with the rapid growth of highway traffic, the traffic capacity of some freeways has been unable to meet the needs of rapid economic development, which seriously hinders the development of interregional economy. Therefore, some expressway must be widened and rebuilt. The related code only makes some brief explanation to the expressway reconstruction and extension project and some principle stipulation to the widening roadbed. The staff can only work on the basis of the past project experience. Therefore, it is necessary to deeply study the relevant situation of expressway widening project, in which the differential settlement between new and old subgrade is the main research direction. The Suining West Hub widening Project from Xuzhou to Mingguang Expressway in Jiangsu Province adopts the special type of single horn hub type. It intersects with the Ningsuxu Expressway to form a T-shaped junction, and there are local splicing, including: directional ramps, One way single lane ramp and two opposite lane ramps. Based on the investigation and preliminary analysis of the existing problems and related treatment techniques in the expressway reconstruction and extension project, the finite element analysis model was established based on the widening project of Suining West Hub, and the influence of different factors on the differential settlement of the widening roadbed was analyzed. The main factors include: widening mode and width, widening the height of embankment, the difference of modulus between new and old subgrade, the consolidation degree of new and old foundation. In order to reduce the differential settlement of the new and old subgrade, the technical measures of cutting slope and step excavation and laying geogrid chamber of the old subgrade are put forward. Through research, analysis and conclusion, it is concluded that by comparing bilateral widening with unilateral widening, bilateral widening is more advantageous, and the height or width of embankment filling is increased. It has great influence on the differential settlement of the new and old subgrade and the horizontal displacement of the slope foot of the roadbed, and the influence of the change of the elastic modulus of the new subgrade on the maximum differential settlement value of the new and old subgrade. Comparing the influence of different consolidation degree between new and old subgrade on the differential settlement and horizontal displacement of the new and old subgrade, it is reasonable for the old subgrade to excavate the steps according to the width of 100cm of 80cm height when the slope of the old subgrade is cut at 1: 1.25. Then a layer of geotechnical compartment is laid at the bottom of the new road foundation and the bottom of the road bed, which can better reduce the differential settlement of the new and old subgrade and improve the stability of the new and old subgrade. Under the condition of uneven settlement of the new and old roadbed, the influence of the width of the old pavement excavation step on the new and old pavement structure is analyzed. The results show that the excavation width of the step is reasonable to 60cm.
