全斷面隧道掘進(jìn)機(jī)換刀方案優(yōu)化及軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:This paper mainly does the following work: 1, on the premise of introducing the existing prediction theory of rock roadheader disc cutter, the prediction formula of the total amount of engineering wear is revised and the prediction formula is verified. Finally, it is concluded that the total amount of engineering wear predicted by the radial comprehensive wear coefficient and the trajectory comprehensive wear coefficient is closer to that of the actual engineering wear coefficient. Analysis of the tool "disc cutter chain" for the diskette tool exchange scheme, In this paper, the index "curvature" and "projecting degree" used in the chain of disc cutter to evaluate the flattening surface degree of the mounting disc cutter are put forward, and the anti-overturning moment coefficient, which is used to measure the balance of the anti-overturning moment of the cutter head, is put forward. The calculation formulas of these evaluation indexes and the solution method of "allowable difference between cutting tools and unreasonable number of cutting tools" are also given. Then using abaqus finite element software to establish rock breaking model to verify the correctness of the evaluation index of "curvature" and "prominence" in the disc cutter chain. The smaller the curvature of a region is, the more uniform the normal thrust load on the disc cutter is. The more prominent the disc knife, the more uniform the normal thrust load is. Finally, combined with all the evaluation indexes, the optimization scheme of tool changing is put forward. The optimization system is designed. The system is composed of three parts: lower computer, upper computer and data processing terminal. The system has four main functions: 1. In the case of a trial excavation section, the total amount of wear of the project and the next tool change distance of each tool position are predicted in advance. 2. In the case of no trial excavation section, the concept of rock tool bank is proposed in this paper. By measuring the total wear amount of the project and the next tool changing distance of each cutter position .3, the optimal tool changing scheme 4 is calculated through the state information of each disc cutter on the cutter head, and the abnormal wear disc cutter is monitored on line. In order to prevent the damage of other tools and cutters caused by abnormal wear tools, all modules and functions of the optimization system are tested, and its availability is verified.
