基于塑性損傷的盾構(gòu)隧道FRP-Key接頭抗剪性能及布置方式合理性研究

【摘要】:為完善FRP-Key接頭的設(shè)計(jì)思路并推廣該接頭在實(shí)際工程中的應(yīng)用,利用混凝土材料的塑性損傷本構(gòu),建立了能夠反映管片損傷情況和開裂過(guò)程的數(shù)值模型。基于已有試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),建立FRP-Key接頭的實(shí)體精細(xì)化模型,以充分考慮接頭與榫槽之間接觸的不連續(xù)性。通過(guò)與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的對(duì)比驗(yàn)證了所建模型的合理性和可行性。設(shè)計(jì)了7種不同的對(duì)稱布置方式,以研究其對(duì)FRPKey接頭抗剪性能的影響情況。重點(diǎn)分析了不同布置方式中管片-接頭結(jié)構(gòu)在剪力作用下的宏觀破壞形式,探討了布置方式對(duì)FRP-Key接頭極限承載力的影響,初步判斷并提出了一定軸力條件下不同破壞形式對(duì)應(yīng)的接頭布置范圍及最佳布置方式應(yīng)滿足的條件,最后綜合工程實(shí)際情況給出了FRP-Key接頭的應(yīng)用建議。數(shù)值分析結(jié)果表明:隨著布置方式的變化,榫槽側(cè)管片出現(xiàn)3種不同的破壞形式,其中與理論分析情況相符的布置方式應(yīng)滿足條件:3.125cd25.625c。不同布置方式對(duì)應(yīng)的極限承載力存在區(qū)別,當(dāng)FRP-Key接頭靠近管片邊緣布置時(shí),與理論計(jì)算結(jié)果相差最大,差值為10.52%,FRP-Key接頭的最佳布置范圍應(yīng)滿足條件:3.125cd24.375c。管片-接頭結(jié)構(gòu)達(dá)到極限承載力時(shí),對(duì)應(yīng)的接頭側(cè)管片的豎向位移在1.6~1.7mm之間。研究結(jié)果可作為進(jìn)一步探討FRP-Key接頭力學(xué)性能的參考。
[Abstract]:In order to perfect the design idea of FRP-Key joint and extend its application in practical engineering, a numerical model which can reflect the damage and cracking process of segment is established by using the plastic damage constitutive constitution of concrete material. Based on the existing experimental data, a solid refinement model of FRP-Key joints is established to fully consider the discontinuity of the contact between the joints and the tenon grooves. The rationality and feasibility of the model are verified by comparing with the experimental results. Seven different types of symmetrical arrangement were designed to study the effect on shear resistance of FRPKey joints. In this paper, the macroscopic failure modes of segment-joint structure under shear force are analyzed, and the influence of layout mode on ultimate bearing capacity of FRP-Key joint is discussed. The joint layout range corresponding to different failure forms and the conditions to be satisfied by the optimal arrangement mode under certain axial force conditions are preliminarily judged and put forward. Finally, the application suggestions of FRP-Key joint are given in the light of the actual engineering conditions. The results of numerical analysis show that with the change of arrangement mode, there are three different failure modes in the mortise and groove side segments, and the arrangement mode in accordance with the theoretical analysis should meet the condition of: 3.125cd25.625c. The ultimate bearing capacity of different layout modes is different. When the FRP-Key joint is arranged near the edge of the segment, it is the biggest difference with the theoretical calculation result, and the difference is 10.52% FRP-Key joint. The optimum layout range of the FRP-Key joint should meet the condition of: 3.125 cd24.375 c. When the ultimate bearing capacity of the segment-joint structure is reached, the vertical displacement of the joint side segment is between 1.6~1.7mm. The results can be used as a reference for further study of mechanical properties of FRP-Key joints.
