低成本高穩(wěn)定性廢膠粉改性瀝青技術研究

【摘要】:以汽車工業(yè)化發(fā)展對道路交通發(fā)展提出的挑戰(zhàn)為背景。本文在國內外針對廢膠粉改性瀝青機理研究的基礎上,利用不同檢測手段對影響廢膠粉改性瀝青性能的參數進行研究,明確了添加劑對改性瀝青性能的影響,闡明了改性過程的機理,并對實驗工藝條件進行了優(yōu)化。既實現了改性瀝青的低成本化,又保存了材料的優(yōu)異性能且有利于環(huán)境保護,更重要的是改善了在瀝青高溫運輸過程中由于廢膠粉與瀝青相容性差導致的離析現象,提高了膠粉改性后瀝青的路面使用性能,對未來的實際應用具有一定的理論指導意義。在本論文中,利用40目膠粉通過“低溫原位高剪切”法對秦皇島AH-70型基質瀝青進行改性。明確了膠粉摻量、發(fā)育條件、脫硫劑T-580、可溶硫、增塑劑SP-1068及穩(wěn)定劑偏苯三酸酐對廢膠粉改性瀝青各項性能的影響。并依據膠粉改性瀝青現有的評價方式,結合布氏旋轉黏度、橡膠加工分析儀、熒光顯微鏡等分析手段對改性瀝青的三大指標進行研究,并討論了改性過程中各添加劑的對改性后瀝青性能的影響。
[Abstract]:With the development of automobile industrialization and the development of road traffic challenges for the background. On the basis of the research on the mechanism of waste rubber powder modified asphalt at home and abroad, this paper studies the parameters affecting the performance of waste rubber powder modified asphalt by using different testing methods, and clarifies the effect of additives on the performance of modified asphalt. The mechanism of the modification process was clarified and the experimental conditions were optimized. It not only realizes the low cost of the modified asphalt, but also preserves the excellent performance of the material and is beneficial to the environmental protection. More importantly, it improves the segregation phenomenon caused by the poor compatibility between the waste rubber powder and the asphalt during the high temperature transportation of asphalt. It improves the pavement performance of asphalt modified by rubber powder, and has certain theoretical guiding significance for the practical application in the future. In this paper, 40 mesh rubber powder was used to modify Qinhuangdao AH-70 matrix asphalt by "low temperature in situ high shear" method. The effects of rubber powder content, development conditions, desulfurization agent T-580, soluble sulfur, plasticizer SP-1068 and stabilizer trimellitic anhydride on the properties of asphalt modified by waste rubber powder were determined. According to the existing evaluation methods of modified asphalt with rubber powder, combined with Brinell rotational viscosity, rubber processing analyzer and fluorescence microscope, the three indexes of modified asphalt were studied. The effect of additives on the performance of modified asphalt was discussed.
