【摘要】：由于近年來(lái)交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,交通量逐年增多,加上甘肅省北方季凍區(qū)的氣候特點(diǎn),使得甘肅省的瀝青路面易發(fā)生車轍、裂縫等道路病害。為了防治瀝青路面的早期破壞,改善瀝青混合料的使用品質(zhì)、加強(qiáng)瀝青混合料的路用能力、延長(zhǎng)路面的使用壽命,許多改性瀝青應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,其中包括以廢棄橡膠粉為原料的橡膠瀝青。本文結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外已有的研究成果,依托G247線文縣東峪口至九寨溝(甘川界)段的路面擴(kuò)建工程項(xiàng)目,采用室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試的手段,分析研究了橡膠瀝青的作用機(jī)理、技術(shù)性能及瀝青混合料的路用性能、級(jí)配設(shè)計(jì),給出了橡膠瀝青路面的施工工藝及質(zhì)量控制的措施。本文的研究成果和工程實(shí)踐的經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)橡膠瀝青在甘肅省相似工程中的應(yīng)用有積極的指導(dǎo)作用,具有一定的理論和工程實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Due to the rapid development of transportation industry in recent years, traffic volume increases year by year, coupled with the climate characteristics of seasonal frozen areas in northern Gansu Province, asphalt pavement in Gansu Province is prone to rut, cracks and other road diseases. In order to prevent the early destruction of asphalt pavement, improve the use quality of asphalt mixture, strengthen the road capacity of asphalt mixture and prolong the service life of pavement, many modified asphalt have emerged as the times require. These include rubber asphalt made from waste rubber powder. Based on the existing research results at home and abroad, and relying on the pavement expansion project from Dongyukou to Jiuzhaigou (Ganchuan Boundary) of Wenxian County on the G247 Line, this paper analyzes and studies the mechanism of rubber asphalt by means of indoor test and field test. The technical performance, pavement performance and gradation design of asphalt mixture are introduced, and the construction technology and quality control measures of rubber asphalt pavement are given. The research results and engineering practice experience in this paper have a positive guiding effect on the application of rubber asphalt in similar projects in Gansu Province, and have certain theoretical and engineering practical value.
