智能壓實(shí)衛(wèi)星數(shù)據(jù)可視化處理

【摘要】:智能壓實(shí)技術(shù),工作效率高、壓實(shí)路面均勻、實(shí)時(shí)無損檢測,采用智能壓實(shí)技術(shù)壓實(shí)路面已成為現(xiàn)代壓實(shí)工程的發(fā)展趨勢。智能壓實(shí)系統(tǒng)在國內(nèi)外已成為研究熱點(diǎn),并且國外已有了成型成套的設(shè)備。目前,國內(nèi)只對鋼輪壓路機(jī)壓實(shí)土基的自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)研究較多,而對膠輪壓路機(jī)的瀝青路面壓實(shí)研究較少。本文的在大量搜集、分析、消化國內(nèi)外相關(guān)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,認(rèn)識到了國外智能壓實(shí)技術(shù)的先進(jìn)性和國內(nèi)智能壓實(shí)技術(shù)薄弱之處。就國內(nèi)智能壓實(shí)技術(shù)薄弱點(diǎn),本文完成了智能壓實(shí)系統(tǒng)的硬件選型及改進(jìn);開發(fā)了一套瀝青路面壓實(shí)次數(shù)、溫度實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng);通過建立屏蔽函數(shù)降低了壓路機(jī)折返點(diǎn)誤判率;通過Alpha通道混合技術(shù)完成了記錄壓實(shí)次數(shù)的色碼圖的快速繪制及轉(zhuǎn)換;解決了多臺壓路機(jī)的通信問題。經(jīng)過工程現(xiàn)場的實(shí)地測試,驗(yàn)證了硬件的可靠性、屏蔽函數(shù)的有效性、實(shí)時(shí)繪圖的時(shí)效性和本系統(tǒng)的實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:Intelligent compaction technology, high efficiency, uniform compaction pavement, real-time nondestructive testing, using intelligent compaction technology has become the development trend of modern compaction engineering. Intelligent compaction system has become a research hotspot at home and abroad, and abroad has a complete set of molding equipment. At present, there are only a lot of researches on the automatic adjustment system of compaction soil foundation of steel roller in China, but less on asphalt pavement compaction of rubber roller. On the basis of collecting, analyzing and digesting the related data at home and abroad, this paper recognizes the advanced nature of intelligent compaction technology abroad and the weakness of intelligent compaction technology in China. Aiming at the weakness of domestic intelligent compaction technology, the hardware selection and improvement of intelligent compaction system are completed, a set of asphalt pavement compaction times and temperature real-time monitoring system is developed, and the error rate of reentry point of roller is reduced by establishing shielding function. By using Alpha channel mixing technique, the color code diagram of recording compaction times is drawn and converted quickly, and the communication problem of many compactors is solved. The reliability of hardware, the effectiveness of shielding function, the timeliness of real-time drawing and the practicability of the system are verified by the field test.
