基于TOPSIS法和DEA法的中國沿海港口競爭力分析

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的不斷推進和港口發(fā)展環(huán)境的愈發(fā)復雜,中國沿海港口間的競爭愈演愈烈,因此,港口競爭力的研究對于沿海港口的發(fā)展及其作用的發(fā)揮顯得尤為重要.為了準確地評價中國沿海港口的競爭力,促進其快速可持續(xù)的發(fā)展,從港口條件、港口生產(chǎn)力水平、腹地城市、港口發(fā)展?jié)摿图柽\便捷程度5個方面出發(fā),設計了較為科學的評價指標體系,采用TOPSIS法對13個沿海主要港口的競爭力進行單排序和總排序分析,同時運用DEA法對港口進行有效性分析、規(guī)模收益分析、無效港口改進分析.最終研究結(jié)果表明:13個主要港口中的上海港、寧波-舟山港、天津港、廣州港、深圳港、青島港的競爭力普遍較強,而其他港口則相對較弱,另外湛江港、汕頭港、福州港、廈門港、泉州港為非DEA有效,其余港口為DEA有效.
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and the increasing complexity of port development environment, the competition between Chinese coastal ports is becoming more and more fierce. Therefore, the study of port competitiveness is particularly important for the development and function of coastal ports. In order to accurately evaluate the competitiveness of China's coastal ports and promote their rapid and sustainable development, the port conditions, the level of port productivity, the hinterland cities, the port development potential and the convenient degree of transportation are five aspects. This paper designs a scientific evaluation index system, adopts TOPSIS method to analyze the competitiveness of 13 major coastal ports by single ranking and total ranking, and uses DEA method to analyze the effectiveness of ports, the analysis of returns of scale, and the analysis of improvement of ineffective ports. The final results show that the competitiveness of Shanghai Port, Ningbo Zhoushan Port, Tianjin Port, Guangzhou Port, Shenzhen Port and Qingdao Port in 13 major ports is relatively strong, while other ports are relatively weak. In addition, Zhanjiang Port, Shantou Port, Fuzhou Port, Xiamen Port, Quanzhou Port is non-DEA effective, the rest of the port is effective for DEA.
