隧道工程富水破碎帶注漿加固效果綜合評(píng)定技術(shù)
[Abstract]:Grouting technology has become an important auxiliary engineering method in underground engineering. It has excellent effect on the reinforcement of broken zone, water plugging by fault grouting, settlement control and so on. The evaluation technology of grouting effect is of great significance to the quality of grouting effect. Taking a tunnel in Shanxi Province as an experimental tunnel, the grouting effect of tunnel engineering is evaluated by geophysical exploration, excavation sampling, permeability coefficient test and digital borehole television. The results show that the black stripe has been thinned or disappeared after grouting, the grouting material has been filled with broken surrounding rock, the integrity of tunnel strata has been improved after grouting, the permeability coefficient of the stratum after grouting is between 1.57 脳 10 ~ (-5) and 1.64 脳 10-5cm/s. After grouting, the number of cracks is reduced by 20 and the width of cracks is obviously decreased, and the surrounding rock is stable and has no leakage during tunnel excavation, so the safe excavation is realized.
