瀝青路面坑槽快速修補技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the new period of urban modernization construction and highway traffic development. While the total mileage of highway traffic continues to increase, highway maintenance has gradually become an important part of highway construction. Pothole is one of the typical diseases on asphalt pavement, which seriously affects the driving safety and comfort of pavement. This paper first introduces the methods and equipment commonly used to repair asphalt pavement, compares the advantages of circular pit repair over square pit slot repair, and invents a circular pit milling and planing equipment. Secondly, two kinds of asphalt pavement materials are prepared, one is epoxy resin mixture with epoxy resin, curing agent, softener and emulsified asphalt as the main raw materials, and according to the different binder materials, The modified epoxy resin mixture and epoxy emulsified asphalt mixture were prepared, and their optimum binder contents were determined by Marshall test to be 5.5% and 5.1% respectively, and the rutting test and low-temperature bending test showed that, Modified epoxy resin mixture and epoxy emulsified asphalt mixture can quickly and efficiently repair potholes and have good road performance. One is the ultra-early strength inorganic mixture with metakaolin, alkaline activator and emulsified asphalt as the main raw materials, according to whether the binder contains emulsified asphalt, The ultra-early strength inorganic mixture containing emulsified asphalt and the ultra-early strength inorganic mixture without emulsified asphalt were prepared respectively. The design method of this kind of mixture was put forward by studying the molding method and health maintenance method of two kinds of ultra-early strength inorganic mixture. Then the compressive strength and modulus of resilience of two kinds of mixtures are tested. The results show that these two kinds of ultra-early strength inorganic mixtures are good materials for repairing asphalt pavement potholes. Finally, the finite element analysis software is used to study the mechanical analysis of asphalt pavement potholes under different wheel loads, different pothole shapes and different mechanical properties. Based on the results of the study, suggestions are made for the selection of pavement rapid repair materials and repair techniques (shape and equipment).
