浮碼頭大跨度鋼引橋及棧橋整體結(jié)構(gòu)有限元數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:在水位落差大的山區(qū)河流,為便于生產(chǎn),液化石油碼頭多采用浮碼頭結(jié)構(gòu)型式。本文以瀘州油庫碼頭工程為依托,簡要介紹了浮碼頭工程常用的結(jié)構(gòu)型式、主要組成部分。瀘州油庫碼頭活動鋼引橋采用下承式平行弦桁架結(jié)構(gòu),固定棧橋采用樁柱式結(jié)構(gòu)。在介紹有限元的基本理論后,根據(jù)工程設(shè)計(jì)圖紙,采用有限元軟件對該工程進(jìn)行分析。旨在實(shí)現(xiàn)該類浮碼頭結(jié)構(gòu)更為合理的設(shè)計(jì),為今后該類工程結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)提供一定的參考。具體所做工作如下:①采用土木工程專用有限元軟件Midas/civil建立鋼引橋梁單元模型,在定義單元類型和實(shí)常數(shù)、施加荷載和邊界條件的基礎(chǔ)上,開展對活動鋼引橋的初步研究。根據(jù)鋼引橋在三種工況、三種荷載組合作用下的強(qiáng)度和剛度等力學(xué)特性,確定鋼引橋結(jié)構(gòu)的安全可靠性。同時在相同的荷載、工況條件下,改變鋼引橋結(jié)構(gòu)型式,保持相同的撓度,分析空腹拱桁式鋼引橋的力學(xué)性能。②針對在設(shè)計(jì)高水位和設(shè)計(jì)低水位工況下,固定棧橋結(jié)構(gòu)能否滿足安全使用方面要求。采用通用有限元軟件ABAQUS建立固定棧橋?qū)嶓w模型,考慮岸坡土體對碼頭樁基作用效應(yīng),研究了固定棧橋結(jié)構(gòu)在兩種工況下的靜力特性。根據(jù)軟件模擬得出的混凝土固定棧橋結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變云圖,對固定棧橋結(jié)構(gòu)的強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行評定。③在有限元模型的基礎(chǔ)上研究了固定棧橋結(jié)構(gòu)的動力特性。根據(jù)模態(tài)分析的基本理論和結(jié)構(gòu)自振特性,研究了固定棧橋結(jié)構(gòu)的剛度分布規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:In order to facilitate production, floating wharf structure is often used in liquefied petroleum terminals in mountainous rivers with large water level difference. Based on Luzhou oil depot wharf project, this paper briefly introduces the common structural types and main components of Floating Wharf project. After introducing the basic theory of the finite element method and according to the engineering design drawings, the project is analyzed by the finite element software. The purpose is to achieve a more reasonable design of this kind of Floating Wharf structure, and to provide a certain reference for the future design of this kind of Engineering structure. The element model of the steel approach bridge is established by the meta-software Midas/civil. Based on the definition of the element type and real constants, loading and boundary conditions, the preliminary study on the active steel approach bridge is carried out. At the same time, under the same load and working conditions, changing the structure of the steel approach bridge and keeping the same deflection, the mechanical properties of the open-web arch truss steel approach bridge are analyzed. Considering the effect of slope soil on pile foundation of wharf, the static characteristics of fixed Trestle Structure under two working conditions are studied. The strength of fixed trestle structure is evaluated according to the stress-strain nephogram of concrete fixed trestle structure obtained by software simulation. According to the basic theory of modal analysis and the natural vibration characteristics of the structure, the stiffness distribution law of the fixed trestle structure is studied.
